I tried to place a pickup order. First call went to voicemail. Second call I got connected. I tried to place an order. I was... asked what time am I coming to get it, I asked what time would it be ready? I was told I?m not sure if we have it. If they didmaybe 15 minutes. Then was told just to come by? If I am placing a pickup order I would like to know what time it?s expected tobe ready so that I am not waiting in store. I usually really like this place. I like the food but the last time I was there the drive thru worker was very rude. Rushing me... during the order, then he was upset when I got to the window and asked for medium drinks instead of small (never asked me whatsize I wanted), and giving me a mean look while standing there for a good 5 sec staring me down. Giving attitude when possible.They weren't even busy I was the only car and it was mid day no where near closing... Maybe the Orem one is better but I justhaven't gone. Read more

My husband and I really like the food but we have been to this location numerous times and have asked for specific sauces while... ordering, and then request again for those sauces at the window. We have never received our correct sauces at this location,even when we pay for them. This has become extremely frustrating. Honestly good food, but they decided to charge me extra for a couple extra sauces, then did not even give me the extra ones nor... the ones that came with my meal. Came here for the first time last night. I just did the basic chicken sandwich and fries. Everything came out hot and delicious.... My Husband has the chicken tenders. He thought they were a little small but good. We also got fried pickles and fried cheese.The fried pickles were good but the fried cheese had a weird taste to them that I couldn't figure it out but my husand lovedthem. Read more

I really enjoy Zaxby's. I've eaten at various locations and typically have a good experience. For the most part, this location... was just as God of an experience. I would give it a five star but there were two points that go against this location. First,the customer service when ordering was lacking. Second, and really not a big deal, the toast wasn't really toasted that much.Overall however, the food was just as good as ever and the wings were fantastic. Great place to eat. Read more
