I have been going to sonic locations all over Utah since I was a teenager. Historically it has been one of my favorite... restaurants to go to. I am officially done, after multiple attempts to try to have a good experience at this location, I've evergoing here again. I honestly cannot figure out what it is about this location, but over 80% of the time out of the 8 or 9 visitsmy wife have come here over the years, they have messed up at least one portion of our order. Cold fries, leaving something out,the list goes on. Mistakes happen, but when you wait sometimes 30 minutes for fast food, only to have a mistake there, and haveto wait another 30 minutes for the fix to come out, with repeated visits turning out the same way, it gets ridiculous. Afterthe last time, I was actually so frustrated that I reached out to the manager through their customer service phone line, left alengthy voicemail, wanting to discuss the situation. He never even bothered to try calling me back. As a small business owner,it is shocking that a manager of a restaurant, that clearly has such negative reviews as a whole, would be So dismissive of acustomer's concerns, as to not even call them back. This after taking the time to leave them a review on their phone line, andwanting to discuss. Every other location I have been to, I am happy to say has been a great experience. But unless I werestarving, I don't think I would come back to this location ever again. Avoid if you can. The staff have usually been courteous- To me, it seems to be more of a managerial and training issue with employees, as well as a staffing issue in terms ofnumbers. Management, do you even read the reviews here? Will you take the time to respond to any of them? Wito mark with somany other food options available in that area, it is shocking that this location continues to remain open, Given the negativeexperiences of so many reviewers here. We went through the drive thru on Friday evening. The girl at the window was rude. We pulled away and (thankfully) went to the... other side of the building to check our order and hand it out, before returning to the interstate. Unfortunately, part of ourorder was missing. We pulled back around and explained what we were missing and she acted very put out and acted like it was ourfault that we were missing things. Never once apologizing, even though it was an inconvenience to us. It took an awful long timeto get us our missing food items. Then I asked for fry sauce and I am pretty certain she rolled her eyes. We pulled back aroundthe building, and ate, but the food didn't even seem fresh. We were extremely disappointed and will never go here again. Read more

Used the app to order 2 Cherry Limeaids. I pulled into the stall that was assigned for pick up, checked in and began to wait. I... was there for 40 minutes. When I finally talked to a worker about my pick up order, they said to just go through the drivethrough and that the stalls are closed. No indication that the stalls were closed. Don't have the option to pick up order insall if you only allow it pick up in the drive through. Sat in drive through for another 15 minutes! Multiple vehicles arewaiting in the stalls for their pick up order. Read more

This place needs to be shut down. The employees are the most rude, unapologetic, slow, careless employees you will ever... encounter. I’ve come to the store multiple times parked hit the red button and waited for 20+ minutes even just to have myorder taken. And these were all at times when there were maybe 3 other cars in the entire parking lot. Do the employees care? Dothey apologize? No. Apparently that would be asking too much. Then have fun waiting another hour to get your food out. And thefood was cold, and ice cream was already half melted. I wouldn’t be surprised if they spit in my food too. That’s how awfulthey are. I’m never coming back. I’d rather drive 20+ minutes to a better location or go to any other restaurant with actualdecent service. Read more

This place is a joke, bunch of immature boys “working” there. They wasted my time as well as another woman’s time, we both... just walked out after waiting a ridiculously long time for our small orders. The manager seems to be a joke as well, since thisplace has been getting 1 star reviews for the exact same things I’m writing about for months. Ordered through the app because the app is advertised as a way to "skip the line" and get your order faster. Ordered and waited... 35 minutes for my shake meanwhile the line was moving and clearing fast. Get my shake and it's completely melted and warm. I'mnot gonna wait another 35 minutes for another so just gonna toss this out and try a different location next time. UPDATE: Iended up drinking some because Ive been wanting to try the churro shake and by the time I got home I had diarrhea and vomited itup. I looked at other reviews and saw this has happened multiple times. I AM NEVER COMING BACK. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Read more

Awful experience. Waiting 58 minutes in the car for an order. Got to the hotel and they missed several items that were even... noted on the receipt. Example sauce for Chicken Fingers…. Pickles on Hot Dog… Burst Bubble in Drinks and the list goes on. The server said “So sorry” and apologized and offer for us NOT TO PAY all well knowing that we’d already paid. Spendingclose to $60 for a FAST FOOD restaurant and then receiving the above. WOW…!!!! Just WOW…!!! Read more
