After looking at the Google reviews of the local Buffalo wing restaurants in the area, I decided to try Rocky Mountain... wingshack. Someone had mentioned something about the owner. And that is the reason why I gave it a three star rating. As I waswaiting for my wings, the owner walked past me looked at me didn?t even say a word to me. I understand he might be busy, butwhat?s keeping him busy is customers! Wings needed to be cooked 3-4 minutes longer the sauce was very watery as seen in thepicture. No celery or carrots. Maybe it was just an off day. But I was looking forward to some good wings as was disappointed.Not to mention parking is a nightmare during the lunchtime rush. Read more

Great wings! The lunch special is super hard to beat with 8 wings, fries or tots, and a drink for twelve bucks. I like the... medium sauce. Unfortunately the owner can come across as rude, but he's really not. He's just very straight-forward and brief.He can be quite friendly. Read more

Okay. So here is the reason this place is getting 2 stars from me. I previous went to this place and got their original wings... (bone in) and the sauce was good and flavorful. However, during my second visit I got boneless wings and I was confused whenthey came out and where just chicken strips. They where burnt and the sauce was just slapped on their in a hurry. Had a take out order for a large group function. Both on the phone and in restaurant they were pleasant to work with and made... sure we got everything we needed. The service was great - but the food was better. Great distribution of sauce on the wings,the fries and tots were delicious and everything was packed up well and easy for us to lay out when we got it back to theoffice. I went to the wing shack on Friday. I was able to take the day off and I wanted to go out to eat. I chose to go to the wing... shack. I?ve been here several times. I?ve always seen that the owner does have some sort of an attitude but I thought maybe thatwas just him. We ordered online so that we didn?t have to wait for the food since we have a four-year-old. I let the lady knowthat we were there to pick up the food and went to go sit down. When my wife went to go sit down the owner very rudely told herthat she was not allowed to sit down until she ordered. So we got back in line and when it was our turn we let them know wehave an online pick up order and he said why would we need to sit down if we ordered online I let him know the situation. Hecontinue to argue with us and tell me that he didn?t understand. I let him know that we?ve been here several times and I?venever had a problem ordering online to sit down so we don?t have to wait for our food. He continue to argue with me and let meknow that he was the owner. I finally just told him that I was not needing the food and I would leave. He continue to argue withme and asked me why I was upset I let him know that I have never had this problem before. The owner always looks like he hateshis job and has a really bad attitude. He?s always really short and looks upset . Because Ive liked the food Ive just ignoredhim. But this time he just went over the top and continued to argue with us. I will never come back to eat here because of him.Even though we like the wings there?s several other places that I could go to and eat good wings. I hope he notices that a lotof the one stars on these reviews are due to him. Overpriced for the portion sizes. The boneless wings are more like chicken strips than wings (and only 3 came in a serving).... Also ordered 10 hot bbq wings (bone-in) which were underwhelming, an order of chili cheese fries which were lacking in flavor,and some scones. The scones were good. Read more

Came here hoping it would be a good place and had got to be quite the disappointment. The food had hardly any flavor especially... for saying it was super expensive for the little bit of food I did get. The customer service was not great either they actedlike they didn?t even want to talk to anyone or help at all and they acted annoyed that we even came in even though we were theonly ones there giving them business. Not that great of a place I wouldn?t recommend it at all. Maybe try another wing shop ifyou are in the mood for wings. Only plus side the ranch was good. Read more
