The idea is great! Wings and fries and nothing else. You?d think with a small menu offering they?d be perfect. I really want... to love this. Unfortunately ?It?s Just Wings? is just a sticker slapped onto a Chili?s to-go. Now to the food review. These areprobably the worst wings I?ve ever had. Way over cooked, probably sat under a hot plate for a few hours, then re-warmed, butnot by much. They tasted like chicken jerky leather bites. Never heard of those? Neither have I because that?s a terrible ideafor food! The fries tasted old, and were flimsy. Now, there is a positive to my order. The sauces are good. I got theBuffalo, honey chipotle, and lemon pepper rub. All three sauces tasted good, but nobody is gonna be satisfied cause the chickenis prepared so poorly the sauce can bear the weight of failure on it?s own. I ordered through door dash and was excited to try this place. The wings had little to no sauce and I ordered their "hand pies"... and my son took one bite of his and found a literal hairball baked into it. Needless to say not worth the $120 I paid ???????? Read more
Their service is the worst I have ever received. They treat you very unprofessionally when you go pick up food there and get... your order wrong 99% of the time. We had ordered two of the 11 wing combos and they literally sent us two boxes of just fries??why would I order just fries from a wings place. You can see this in the photo attached. They really need to get their stufftogether. Read more
I ordered through doordash and half my order was the incorrect wings. The fries tasted like they were a couple hours old. The... wings were extremely overcooked. And I was missing my drink. I should have listened to the other reviews on Google. The taste ofthe sauce was good, so I might try again in the future if the quality and accuracy of my order is stepped up significantly. The service is absolutely horrendous! We had a curbside order and called to let them know what space we were at, the order was... supposed to be ready by the time we were there. We waited 20 minutes and called back no answer then waited an additional 5minutes until I had to walk in. There was this lady just standing there and I said hello? She didn?t reply then I said excuseme? Can we get our order? She said sure (mind you the phone is still ringing) I literally had to grab my order from the shelfmyself.. I proceeded to say we were waiting and I was calling and before I was able to finish what I was going to say, the ladysaid ?ohhhhh, sorrrry? in a very snobby way. This is not the worst part. We got home and the wings were slimy, not cooked andthe fries were very hard and tasted like they were sitting out since last night. I ordered for my husband and kids. I?veliterally called with my husband altogether about 15 times and not one time did anyone answer! This was very frustrating andirritating. Ordered directly on the restaurants site bone in and boneless but received only boneless. Don?t know where the error was but... when I looked at the original order it had changed to boneless. The garlic parmigiana wings had no sauce and no flavor. Thebuffalo wings are hard to get wrong and we?re ok. The Curley fries tasted like they were stale and reheated. Overall I was notimpressed. Ordered online at 5 on Friday. When I arrived no one came to my car. Went to pick up and there was a huge line of grumpy... customers waiting. I got my food but was shorted. Went back and they kindly got me my replacement. While waiting I noticed thewings I was shorted were on the floor of the pick up area. Someone had dropped my food and not bothered to fix their mistake.Wings were delicious but cold. Read more
I got the 11 wings and curly fries. It was solidly meh /: the sauces were okay (I got the garlic Parm and the mango habanero)... and the wings (I had to get them un-sauced because you can't do more than flavor at a time??) Were hard and flavorless. I hadmine Doordashed to me (it was a 10 minute drive) and despite the Dasher waiting for the order and then immediately getting it tome, it was entirely cold. The curly fries weren't good at all. I actually didn't eat most of them (not that there were many). Ispent $16 including tip, so it wasn't super expensive but it also wasn't good. Read more
