We like Fiiz but they seem to be extremely understaffed. Or their employees are BRAND new and not trained at all. (We got our... drink with this exact sentence ?uh, this is the chandler bing i think? and here?s that one. K, see ya.?) Came on 11/23/22 itseemed like there was only one girl working. Super long wait and we were second in line. It?s awkward when you can see throughthe glass window to watch employees go back to conversations for a while before making your drinks. ???? At 1:00pm on November 23rd my mom and I went to this fizz location and 2 out of the 3 girls working there had no clue what they... were doing, they were messing up drinks, and kept asking each other ?does this look like the right drink?? The girl who washelping us was struggling to make the drink we had ordered (berry good doctor) the first time literally had no strawberry puréeand it didn?t even taste like Dr Pepper was in it, it just tasted like cream and water. The second time we went back at 1:15pmsame day we went inside to have it remade and all you tasted was syrup and cream, no soda worst location I?ve been too honestlyall the girls need to be retrained in making the drinks considering we over heard them saying they had no clue how to make a lotof them or what was even in the ones they were making, never going here again we will stick to the Orem location from now on. During my visit, we went inside to order drinks. While we were waiting for our drinks, the girl working just stood there and... chatted with three girls at the bar area. We waited probably 10 minutes for our drinks and they only brought out two (of thefour we ordered). We waited a while longer for our other drinks, and when I finally asked if they were ready, she respondedwith, ?oh, you ordered more than two?? She was clearly too involved in chatting with her friends then doing her job. At onepoint, the three teenage girls at the bar suddenly climbed over the table and into the kitchen area and began making drinks.They did not wash their hands, and I have no clue if they even worked there (you need a food handlers permit to work with food,and if you don?t have one, this is a health code violation). The girls also began grabbing food from the kitchen area and eatingon top of the counter and in front of the customers. At one point I saw one of them squirt some flavoring into a cup and take a?shot?. It was extremely unprofessional and honestly disgusting. The manager needs to train their employees better. Been going to this place for years and my regular is the diet Mountain Dew xanadew. You need to try it because it is SO GOOD. It... has passion fruit in it so it?s super zesty and tangy but the right balance of it and sweetness. There is a lot of combinationsof drinks, but you can definitely find the right drink that you?ll end up loving. I would recommend it if you?re looking for ano-frills simple pop shop. Read more
This is one of the slowest soda places I?ve ever been to. The drive through line was long today so I decided to go in. There?s a... self serve kiosk, so I used that and then I sat for 15 minutes while one of the employees was literally just dancing around. Theother one was making drinks and taking orders, but this girl was just dancing to the music in the store. Super annoying. Thedrink was made well and she was nice but should probably focus more on doing her job than dancing. Read more
First time trying Fiiz. I ordered a 12 oz peppermint hot chocolate from the drive-thru expecting to pay $1.75. When I got to the... window it ended up being $2.96 before tax. That's a 60% increase in price! The hot chocolate was good, although a little toomuch peppermint syrup and really sweet. At least it wasn't watery. They need to update their menu if their prices have gone upbecause the huge price increase was not a nice surprise! Read more
2 bathrooms that hold one person each. Paper towel dispenser was broken. Otherwise it was very clean and the style matched the... rest of the restaurant. To lock the door you have to push in a little button under the handle. It took a minute to figure outand it is hard to tell if you did it right. Read more
I never post negative reviews ever. I even waited before posting this. This is hands down the worst fizz I?ve ever been too. We... love Fizz!! Just not this one. We ordered a 44 oz beauty school drop out with light ice. It had extra ice and tasted reallyfunny. We ordered 2 salted pretzels. They were cold, and I choked on one for being so dry. Our son ordered a the duck kidsdrink. They didn?t have whip cream. We also ordered Nachos. The cheese was warm but it was in a tiny container that I couldn?teven fit a chip in! It was half the amount of cheese I normally get when I order nachos. Can you say a waste of $20. Drive toanother location!!! I sure wish we did. We won?t be back. Read more
