Absolutely NOT ok with the service on 7/11. They barely put ANY rice in our bowl and so many noodles. I barely had any chicken... on my bowl and when I asked for extra they gave me the wrong chicken on the side. They put so much sauce on my food I had a poolof juice under all of it. This is my wife and I?s except she got the correct amount of meat and not even a spoon full of rice. Iget that it gets busy but LISTEN and do your job correctly. I have had numerous bad experiences with this location and willnever go here Again. I?ll be calling the manager tomorrow. I had to use my mandoo plate to put all the juice in. Read more
Cupbop is great if you?re into Korean fast food. The food always tastes great, and this location has been pretty consistent in... speed / quality. I always get the pork with extra meat. My only negative is that the level 10 spice is really like a 2.5 on mypersonal heat scale. There should be more heat! Read more

Every time I come to this location they completely fill my bowl full of rice. No vegetable cabbage and noodles so they do not... have to put you anything else for protein and it seems like they overcharge you. They were also quite rude about it when Icalled him out on it this time Read more
We came here on a Saturday night, for our first time. It's a smaller store but there's plenty of seating for the size and it... seems like most people take it to-go. There was a line of about six people before us. The employees were super kind and answeredall of our questions as we were leaning more about the menu. They said that the most popular was the Korean fried chicken. Myhusband and I both got that on top of the rice, cabbage, and noodles. I went with a level 5 spice. The chicken was really tasty,hot, and cooked very well. The flavor combination of everything with the sauce was so good. The leve 5 sauce was yummy and hadthe perfect amount of heat for me. The rice was cooked perfectly and the noddles were so good! I think that next time I will doa couple of things differently. 1) I'll do a two menu option bowl with veggies and meat or ask for a side of fresh veggies toget some greens and 2) I'll ask for all the sauce on the side. For my bowl, there seemed to be too much sauce so it didoverpower the other flavors. I would rather have my sauces on the side to dip/pour myself. I will say that the restaurant waslacking on the cleanliness side, hence why I'm giving four stars. The tables were dirty with food from previous customers andwhere you order your food and see it all in front of you, was dirty as well. It looked like a lot of the meats and thepotstickers weren't hot and had been sitting out for awhile too. That was one of the reasons we didn't order thepotstickers. This place is amazing! 11/10 Customer Service! I always come in and leave with a smile on my face, The servers are always... exceptionally nice and professional. 9/10 Food: I personally only order my food with noodles because i think the rice is alittle dry. but the meat, specifically the rock bob (Fried chicken) and Hot bop (BBQ Pork). Finally found our way to this place and it was the perfect spot for a quick lunch date! We were warmly greeted by happy,... smiling, friendly employees behind the food counter and made us instantly feel welcome! I met Mike, the marketing director, whohappened to be there, helping serve food, when we walked in. Being our first time, the menu was explained to us and they alsosuggested recommendations to our liking and preferences. I love that they have different sauce options for HEAT on your food. They even understood what "Utah" spicy was, VS. the rest of the world spicy, which was entertaining but they "got" me on that,such a breath of fresh air! We tried their chicken bowl and the beef bowl. They place the rice on the bottom of the bowl, thenthe noodles (I opted out of the coleslaw), and then your choice of meat on top, then glazed w/the sauce/heat of yourchoice. The ambiance was great. Solid experience. We were welcomed upon entry and served quickly and pleasantly. Staff here are very friendly and give good... portion sizes. Food tasted great, and there wasn't anything to complain about really. Plenty of seating available inside andout, bathrooms on site too. Parking is plentiful and it's a place I would return to.
