There is no hospitality like Hawaiian hospitality, so believe me, if I am not on any of the beautiful islands of Hawaii, any... island restaurant I walk to that is a chain, will have my expectations low. However, at this chain, the food comes out quicklyand you are in and out in no time. Although the hawaiian bbq places in the area are limited, this is one of my go-to's. Onlything I am missing is a mai tai, sand between my toes and a hawaiian sunset. Read more
Stopped off here on our way home after a bad experience at another restaurant. Figured we'd just take food home. Well, the kids... and the wife are happy. The food was good, it was all fresh. Nothing fancy, just a Family Meal. The only issue- there willalways be a 10-15 min wait for the food because they make it fresh. Not a complaint, just an observation. Read more
The potstickers are enormous, almost a meal by themselves. The combo grill plate was pretty good, with nice marinade on the... meat. Our biggest disappointment, however, was that several of the items we used to come for aren't on the menu anymore. We wereespecially sad that the Kahlua pork and Japanese curry are not available! Great little joint. Took the family here for dinner tonight. We got the BBQ chicken, pulled pork, & fried shrimp. Everything... was delicious. Rice and macaroni salad come as sides. The Mac salad was awesome?super creamy. Chicken was moist andflavorful. The bbq sauce and teriyaki sauce were great. Would definitely recommend if you?re in the mood for some HawaiianBBQ. Read more
