We are from Ohio and visiting family. We happened upon this wonderful little steakhouse on Fathers day evening. It was packed... and required a reservation but they told us to just let them see if they could find us a table and they did. It was the onlyempty table in the place. They were understaffed due to a couple call off. But let me tell you I did not care one bit! The staffthat was there were amazing. I watched every single employee work their tail off with a smile on their face. They were sofriendly and attentive they took empty plates and filled glasses everytime they passed our table. The food was hot, very goodand served relatively fast. I will definitely return when we visit this area again. I hope the owner knows what wonderfulemployees they have. I want to start by saying the waitress we had and the bartender were amazing. Super friendly, good drinks and they genuinely... tried their best. However, that is all this place has going for it. The food is overpriced and it is really poor quality. Thesteak I wanted in my food (the steak in my girlfriend?s food and the burger my stepdad had) was to be medium rare and everysingle one had medium well cooked meats. Do not pride yourself on being a steakhouse if you can?t cook meats. The food took twohours to be done for our group of 6 people. Some groups even left because it was taking too long. As if that wasn?t bad enough,the owner was there drunk (at 6:45 pm) and was screaming at employees to clean tables and plates, talking about firing certainpeople, swearing at employees and even threatening to fire all employees. His attitude made this establishment a one star. Iwould not recommend it as he is apparently always there and rude to employees after 4pm when he gets drunk. Read more
Fabulous !!! My wife and I visited Wing?s Castle. After our delightful tour we grabbed a bite to eat at this place. The food was... out of this world. My steak and her crab legs were to die for !!! The waiter/manager was courteous and super friendly. He wasalso resourceful and gave us tips on wineries to visit. Read more
Nice atmosphere- laid back. Service was excellent, very friendly and attentive. Beverages: Old Fashioned was pretty bad.... Appetizers: Bbq wings were very good; great flavor. Clam chowder was also good. Entree: 16oz Jack Daniel's NY Strip hadpotential, but was undercooked. Ordered Medium Rare, definitely got rare instead. Seasoned well, and sauce was very good.Vegetables were fresh and cooked just right. Also came with a baked potato. It was definitely a lot of food... I took home halfthe baked potato and steak. Cost of entree with soup $34. Definitely a good value, if only the steak was cooked properly. I willgo back and try another steak, etc.... I think it was just an off night. Probably not the norm.
