Passing through tonight around 745p. Food was fine, not great. Service was just shy of very poor. The middle-aged to older guy... on drive thru was mumbling and informal. Then when I got to the window he literally didn't say a word to me. Not hello, didn'tconfirm my order, didn't say a price, just took my card closed the window . . . handed it back to me in silence. Food was good and most staff was nice. 1 guy in plane clothes was a pain. A female took our order then he handed us the order.... We ordered honey mustard for a chicken sandwich when we placed order. When I told him we needed 1 packet, he wouldn't give it tome. Even though we had ordered it, since it wasn't on receipt, he made me do another transaction for 15 cents to get the packet.Ridiculous Read more
It?s rare you have to throw away literally everything you ordered for a family of four, but here we are. Nuggets hard and burnt,... cheese sticks burnt and empty with cheese hardened on the outside, over-cooked burger hard as a rock, and two inedible chickensandwiches. It?s like they?re trolling customers at this location. Lol. I wouldn?t even be posting this had this been the firsttime or if it wasn?t like this before the pandemic even. They didn?t care in 2019, and they don?t care now. Not even sure ifthey read these, but hopefully the owner will take a glance at some point and get them to make an effort.
