Good food and accurate orders if they still had Jamocha Iced Coffee I would have given them a 5

This location is a hit or miss. Sometimes you get all of your order sometimes you dont. Sometimes you get fresh fries and... sometimes you get hard fries. I guess it just depends on whose working. Read more
I eat Arby?s usually once a week or two. I actually order from the Arby?s in Burlington,KY and it?s 9/10 a solid place to eat.... I?ve given this Arby?s, I want to say, at least 5 chances and every single time it?s either completely messed up order with eventhe wrong drinks or just really gross. I was happy with the service all around, but I don't think Arby's food is the same as it used to be. I feel as the food quality... has went way down. The amount of roast beef seems to have gotten smaller as well, the beef n cheddar was like eating a big bunwith a little quarter size piece of meat in the middle. Read more
I ordered one sandwich and fries in the drive thru, and was asked to pull forward after I paid and they would bring it out. ... After more than 15 minutes, I pulled around and went inside. They'd forgotten about me. I don't know why I was asked to pullforward in the first place, but I was very upset. Inexcusable. Read more
