We heard good things about this little Cafe, so we stopped in for dinner this evening. The place has a quaint charm, very clean... & "homey". We called earlier in the day for reservations, recommended as they have 7 tables that seat from 2 to 6 people. Awonderful menu is offered. I started with a cup of the Hungarian noodle soup. It was good. For dinner I ordered the coffeerubbed steak & baked potato, delicious! My wife ordered the harvest bowl & kettle chips. They accomodated her dinner for hervegan diet. She loved it! The service was excellent as well, friendly & helpful. Great food, wonderful service and comfortableambiance (the classical music in the background was relaxing as well). Stopped here while on a motorcycle ride and completely blown away by how good the burgers are. I had an amazing bison sweet... pepper burger. The dessert was all homemade and generous portions. Can't wait to come back for more! Read more

We heard about this place and wanted to check this out! I was simply amazed to find this place in such a small town in Amboy,... Minnesota! This is a must go to restaurant with a unique flavor and atmosphere. Reservations are required. Covid 19 practicesa must. The food was simply amazing. Nothing fried here! All homemade! I highly recommend this place! If i could give it ahigher than 5 stars, I would!! I had Olive Chicken Fettuccini along with Caramel Apple Bread Pudding. Great place to stop at. Plan to take a little time here to enjoy the Scandinavian atmosphere. We were a group of six for... breakfast and five had the Swedish pancakes. Everyone cleaned their plates. I had the Quiche and that was just the way I likeit. This is a small place and you do need to make reservations. Read more
