Highly disappointed in this location. Eother always out of something or my order is messed up. If I do an online pick up and my... order is messed up they can't refund me without me driving all the way back to the store. Since I don't live anywhere near townit's doesn't make any sense to drive 30 minutes back. I've been here 5 times and have never gotten what I ordered.... I'm donetrying Read more
If you order online for pick up, be prepared for orders that arent correct! How can one not include guacomole in a sandwich... called Turkey Bacon Guacomole?!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!! Tried calling, always too busy to pick up. Even tho 5 minutes away, we willthink twice about ordering there again... very poor at reading online orders!!! Need better sandwich artists!! If I could give ZERO stars I would. First off i walk in and the place isnt really clean I'm thinking maybe they needed to get... out there and clean the tables. But no all 3 just socializing behind the counter. When I asked to make my sandwich they arguedover who would make it and passed back and forth my meat through TWO different employees and one employee was JUST at theregister and did NOT remove her gloves and change into jew ones. horrible service I WALKED OUT AND DID NOT PAY IR TAKE THEIRFOOD. Don't order in app its ok but mostly wrong...do not order a salad for pick up...I ordered my salad for dinner chicken bacon... ranch..it had no chicken no bacon. I was on my lunch break at work didn't have time to bring back manager never called me back.So if you want to pay 10.00 for a garden salad be my guest. I won't be back. Read more
Not enough staff. I wanted cheese with my roast beef and then toasted. Which was done by the first staffer. Well, my sandwich... just sat there while the 2nd staffer finished with the customer in front of me that ordered 4 different sandwiches and then hehad to ring her up. OMG! We went in to try the new Italian sandwiches and since they are new on the menu we had quite a few questions, the sandwich... artists were very helpful. We were greeted right away by the very helpful ladies behind the counter. The sandwiches were verygood and made just as we requested. May 22, 2022 Thought we would try this place again and there's hardly any meat on my roast beef sandwich or hot steak and... cheese. $3 for a small, half filled cup of soup. It's terrible how everything is skipped over now. Less items but moremoney. Couldn't even taste the roast beef on my sub. It was like a vegetable sandwich. Women behind the counter seemsdepressed.
