My husband and I absolutely love Sushi Hatsu. We prefer to dine-in but often do takeout as well. Every single order has been... amazing. We are now so spoiled with the food quality and flavors that we are reluctant to go to any other sushi place. The staffis amazing as well, making us feel right at home, even when our sushi experience was borderline beginner and chopsticks were achallenge. Simply put, you will not find an experience anywhere else on the planet. The food, the service and the attention to detail is... everything you'd want them be, but never are. At Sushi Hatsu, they are. I was never a sushi fan. I'd dabble, Philly roll here,California roll there. After our first visit to Sushi Hatsu, Mike (our server) completely changed that, with knowledge of thefood, his willingness to accommodate my gilfriend (a regular sushi eater) and me (a complete sushi rookie), and his passion forcreating an experience that was a close to restaurant euphoria as possible. Harrison, Mike, Chanel, Jimmy, and the everyone atSushi Hatsu are amazing. Excellent restaurant, almost to hate to review it because it might be difficult to get a table there later. Very creative, ,... excellent fresh fish. Servers were attentive and net your every need.
