I had the Tiger's Tear Roll and the Salmon Roll. Both were fresh and flavorful! It was a little expensive for Amarillo sushi,... but I enjoyed my experience. Might try somewhere else next time, but overall...not bad. Read more

Normal prices for sushi in this city. The sushi was as expected, but the pickled ginger was dry. The green curry was incomplete... missing lemongrass, kefir lime leaf, and red peppers. It also contained jalapeños officially making it a Texas style recipe andnot authentic Thai. We sat in front of the sushi chefs, who totally ignored us. Part of the custom of sitting at the sushicounter is interaction with the chefs, while they are creating their masterpieces with pride generating tips from the customers.Plus, encouraging loyalty and repeat business. I definitely could have chosen a million different ways to spend 90 dollars. I did take my family of 5 here. The sushi was so... bland. I basically ended up putting soy sauce og everything just to add flavor. We ordered the busboy and dishwasher rolls,chicken fried rice, two salads, miso soup and hot sake. The sake was the only part that had flavor. The staff were very kind.Atmosphere was average. I'm glad I didnt splurge and buy a sushi boat. Read more
The atmosphere was okay. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. We had the Japanese Hibachi chicken, thai fried... rice with chicken, Sushi:Dishwasher, Philadelphia, and California roll, ginger salad, spring rolls, miso soup, beef broth, andegg drop soup. The food was great. We have been back several times since. The staff isn't too attentive so you may be thirstyfor a little bit. Overall it's a good place and we will continue to go back. Read more
