Service was a bit slower than usual although they seem to have a full crew and not that much of a crowd. We waited about 20 mins... to get our burgers. Food was hot, delicious as always, however it took a while and delayed our trip to NM for food that shouldhave been served a bit quicker. Read more

It was not that busy or too late. They didn't listen to my wife's order giving her a combo instead of the burger by itself.... Confusion at the drive thru. The burgers were excellent, the fries mediocre, and the root beer was yummy! Read more
Just returned back with my order... not only was the woman in the drive thru one of the worst customer service experience I have... possibly ever experienced, but I just made it back and my food is cold. Fries are soggy, the cheese on my sandwich is not evenmelted. The closest thing to my sandwich being warm is the toasted bread. Whataburger is far too expensive to be having thiskind of service!!! The new jalapeño bacon cheeseburger is absolutely awesome! I went this evening at dinner and ordered it. Honestly, it smelled... so good that I forgot to take photos of it! (Sorry, y'all...) Even though it was only his second day, Gabriel was amazinglyprofessional and polite, and my order was made quickly and exactly to my specifications. You and the rest of the team did agreat job! it was ok. the burgers had a lot of mustard and onion and wasn't a lot you could taste other than those two things. if that's... what you're into then I'd say go for it. however, they did have some really good flavored sweet tea and I wish I could just takea whole thing of it home and never have to worry about not ever having it Read more
