Waited in line 25 minutes to get to the speaker. Then I waited 7 minutes just for someone to take my order. Pull to the window... to wait another 10 minutes. Their quality in food has dropped significantly. I use to love and brag about how Whataburger was way better than INnOut and... now, INnOut beats them by football fields. Ever since they sold to that bank, the food has been at a minimum edible. Read more
We ordered for curbside. Food was on time, hot, and had napkins and plastic ware!! You have no idea how many times we drive away... from places to find out there is no way to eat your breakfast platter or wipe your hands! Read more
This store is extremely slow. Plenty of employees doing a lot of nothing. Several customers waiting on their orders. The real... kicker is the guy behind the counter sneezing into his gloved hands and not changing his gloves. It's been 20 minutes and stillno order. The manager behind the counter said it was the next order 10 minutes ago. This entire store needs retraining. Edit:Finally got the food and it was hot and delicious. Every time we eat here they always give us soggy fries and chicken strips luke warm barely even warm I wouldn?t even feed it to... my dogs that?s how horrible it is. Had a great visit here. Everyone was busy, but they had plenty of staff, got our order out in a timely manner, and the food was... great. We had one issue with our order which they fixed very quickly and gave a sincere apology. They also were quick to cleanthe tables as customers left. The staff is doing great. Read more
Whataburger is a very successful chain, but their drive through service is horrible. It took me nearly 30 minutes once I ordered... to get my food. And it is not just this one, it is all of them. The food is good, I had a grilled chicken Cobb salad. It wasgreat. They need to figure out a better system on the drive through. Read more
