Got a late night meal while traveling through TX. Our meal was so greasy it leaked through the bag and was completely inedible.... We waited in the drive thru for several minutes expecting fresh food. The fries were cold and the two sandwiches were literallydripping oil. Read more

Very nice Wendy's in the inside but awful service and a complete management failure with training. I go in there for Uber eats... pickup and i will never pickup at this location anymore. Last experience I go tell them the name of customer I'm there forthey say "ok." Then 10 mins later they ask for name again and I tell them. Eventually they tell me they have no more of saiditem. (Only 1 item)I politely tell them they should have told me that as soon as I gave them the name of the customer so wecould not make them wait so long and find an alternative (assuming I'd be able to reach customer and I wasn?t). I guess theydon't think it's relevant to tell Dasher or Uber drivers ahead of time to call customer for alternatives avail. They don't evencheck for unavailable items and they should considering they know very well they are short on this or that, all the time. Theyoung kids working here all lost. It was nice to have my order correct, hot and fresh. We have eaten all over Amarillo in the last two years, fast food and sit... down restaurants and haven't had the service, hot and fresh food like we had today. The staff were all working and dedicated totheir jobs. It was a blessing to leave happy and full and see the staff taking their job serious. I appreciate you all, it madeour day! Read more

Showed up for breakfast around 930 am on a Thursday. Nobody was at the counter, it actually didn?t even sound like any workers... were there. I relate that to quality of food, so probably won?t be back to that location. Read more
