Took forever to order (even with no line). Got drinks and waited for food but after 15 minutes it didn't come. Asked about it... and no idea about our order. Told them and only got half of it. Just left with what we had. We will never go back there again. Read more
Went to the drive through on a Sat. At 5pm, no one waited on us, went inside to see what the deal was and didn't see any... employees behind the line or any food preped...there was one employee sitting in the lobby and looked absolutly lost said hedidn't know where everyone was... Read more
It took 15 minutes to get our order taken and repeated. They had it wrong 3 times before getting it right. No drink carriers... they said. We even left before the guy in front of us got his food. There were several employees outside when we pulled up juststanding there giving us dirty looks. Don?t think we?ll be going back to this location. First they forgot to give me my drink and I got halfway home before realizing it so I had to turn back around and then got home... to eat my burger And spit the first bite right back out! I had made a request about not so much salt in the fries only because the last few times they had been super salty and I... couldn't eat them. This time they were perfect and even the manager stuck her head out the window and told me if they were toosalty that she would have made me more! We ordered 4 sandwiches and got 3. We ordered tea. They were out. I wanted mustard and all the veggies. I got mustard. We... tried to call and resolve these problems. No one answers the phone.
