Service was a bit slow, but I think that was due to being short staffed. Food was hot and fresh.
EVERY TIME I go to this Wendy's location my order is messed up. They forget items. They will give classic chicken when spicy is... what was ordered. Ask for a jr. Cheese burger, which does not come with bacon, and they always add bacon, which my mother cannot eat. When you try to call to have the order fixed or request a refund 9/10 they do not answer. I did not have a good meal or experience today. My order was not taken correctly. Got old,burnt food. There should not be any... reason why I get less than good,hot food when I come & spend my money. I gave Wendy's in Amarillo to prove themselves to me,they failed miserably. I will not come here again. I will go to McDonald's for good, hot food. Customer satisfaction should be#1 at all times! The cashier was super friendly and patient with taking our order. My kids took a while to order and he never batted an eye or... got frustrated. He also gave my kids frostys after asking if it was okay. They delivered our food to our table and went aboveand beyond. Their service was exceptionally kind. More then I expected for a fast food joint. Whoever the manager of thisWendy's is, is doing something right! Read more
We have given this Wendy's way too many chances, In the last two years they have yet to get an order right and this last visit... was the last straw. They do not even have enough help to keep the full store open. This last time we did not get a receiptwith our order which was not correct and they refused to make it right. If you dare to venture there be sure to double checkyour order before you leave and make them make it right. Chances are it is wrong. Read more
The Wendy's on S. Western has the worst service of anyplace I've ever been to. Namely not getting my order correct. I pay for... the full order and I expect to receive that order. I have eaten Wendy's food for over 40 years. But this Wendy's has changedthat for me. I don't have the time during my lunch hour to check my food before driving away, nor the time to go inside, ordrive back around. It's a real simple thing. You take my order, I pay for it, and then you hand my order out the window to me.This place couldn't even remember to put straws in the bag. I ordered 3 meals, got 3 cokes and only 2 of the meals. I'membarrassed to say this is the 3rd time this has happened in 2 weeks. But 3rd time is a charm. I hope they get they're acttogether before they ruin another customer. Finally had enough! Read more
They are temporarily closed for remodeling. Please fix the Google hour. Other than that, I've had good service from this... location before. Hope it does well. Read more
