Their food was a laugh. We ordered bacon burgers and there was nothing on the burger but the meat and not much of that. No... veggies at all. The fries were cold and burger was barely warm. Not recommended to eat there at all. Read more
I'm not happy about Wendy's right now. I haven't ate all day due to work, when I do finally get to eat, my fries are SALTY AS... EVER! The only thing good was my sammich. Fifteen min before closing: Out of chilli. Ice cream machine down no frosty. If I dare say more they would have said something... is supposedly broke missing or out. (To avoid extra work) Previous visits: No Pattys. Yeah you heard that right. No Patties. They try to do some sloppy meat replacement from other burgers idk. Mess. This locale never has anything. Always a supply issue. Managers are slipping or the employees are closing shop early and puting stuff away early and making excuses to not have to domore work. I put in an online order at about 11:05pm a few nights ago. According to google this Wendy's closes at midnight so l thought... there would be no problem with this order. When l drive to the store at around 11:15 l was surprised to see that all the outsidelights including the drive through lights were off. I called the store and was greeted by a very grumpy sounding person. I said"is your store still opened?" And she stated "technically yes but not really". Confused, l stated that l had placed an onlineorder but the store appeared to be closed when l went to pick it up. She said "is this Curtis Reeder?" Which proved that sheknew about my order but was trying to lazily ignore it. She rudely stated that she would go ahead and make the order since lcalled. When l picked up the food at about 11:20 (40 minutes before the stores posted closing time) she was very rude andcondescending. This is just one of MANY horrible experiences l have had with TERRIBLE customer service at restaurants since2020. I wonder if the restaurant industry will be able to survive the drastic downfall of basic hospitality that it has endured.I worked in food service for 17 years and would never have gotten away with the rude behaviors that are becoming commonplace inthis industry today. We ordered online 1 1/2 hours before they closed and gave them time to prepare. Not only was it not ready, which is... understandable to an extent, but they were all sitting in the lobby and it took 20 minutes for us to get our order. With noline. We didn?t get our sauce, the fries were old and barely warm, and we got shorted 1 chicken nugget in each box. Thebaconator fries were also DISGUSTING. We ended up having a 9 piece and a 5 piece. Edit: I called and spoke with the manger Margie, she was extremely nice and replaced the whole order for me :) The lady that... took my order was rude and then this is how I opened my burger. Disappointing to say the least Read more

This one old bird spent more time cheesing it up with some delinquent kids who showed up in the trunk of someone's car than... behind the counter making sure mine and my elderly father's orders were right. Also Luke-warm burgers are disgusting...especially when you order a premium one and they couldn't even manage to put the right bun on the burger. Read more
