First and foremost ????????????... Cook did not use any kind of utensils or changed his gloves while or after handling raw... meat.. He literally stood there and dug thru 3 plates of hash browns with the same gloves he used to get RAW BACON out thefridge with.. The restaurant was clean, wait staff very friendly and knowledgeable and everyone gets a kick out of the waitstaffs short order... Style of communicating your order to the chef. Our order arrived quickly it was hot delicious and exactly what requested????????and our waitress unfortunately we don't remember her name was exceptional.???? I am a wheelchair customer and found therestaurant did not have any wheelchair accessible or designated tables if you were in wheelchair and unable transfer to a benchseat or sitting with your back in the aisle. We were just passing by and decided to try out this place. When we got there, we had to wait about 10 MINUTES just to get the... menu. The women were busy ?cleaning?. I felt discriminated by the women. No good service on their part until the managerattempted to serve us. He noticed we?ve been just waiting. After we got the drinks, we got the menu. Also, We were halfway whenI noticed an adult roach in the center of the table. That roach appeared out of nowhere. We got seated next to the cashregister. My husband brought up the issue of roaches. Waffle House is amazing. WH doesn't need any gimmicks like an "all you can eat pancakes" to lure people in for a sub-par meal.... Waffle House is great any time of day, for any occasion. This particular day, they were training new staff members and we wereSTILL in and out in less than 45 min, with a delicious meal, and food left over. I feel sorry for the IHOP next door, becausethis place is always packed with cool people, and they're always packed with... well, less than that. Read more
We pulled up in a bus with 25 kids and 8 adults. We gave the staff the option of telling us they couldn?t make it work (there... were only three working in there at the time). The bacon was a little crispier than I like it, but overall it was good. It's a good amount of food for a decent price and the... waitress is very outgoing and had me laughing the whole time! It's open late so if you're hungry after hours it's a greatchoice! Read more
