This is the 3rd time I get ribeye dinner and the meat is not done in the middle after I asked for it to be well done, and then... after 2 yes of sending it back steak is charred, I didn't want them to spit inu food or something so I just left it alone, on11-26-22 my granddaughter brought me a steak dinner cause she knows how I love eating at Roadhouse and once again the steak wasthink in the middle and when I spoke to a lady manager the next day, she said she couldn't do anything about this because mygranddaughters got a credit on her steak, but the thing is she paid for her steak and then paid for the dinner she brought tome, two different dinners, so if I would have been at restaurant manager would only credit one meal,Really? I just have to finda better steak restaurant, where they treat costumers better. The food was excellent! We hadn't been there in while and it was just what we needed today! Today we went to Texas Roadhouse... for my Grandson's birthday. Food was so good. And our server Seth was awesome!... we were back in the corner in a booth bythe bar and these 3 girl servers came back and were right beside our table and made a phone call and were giggling and sayingI'm from Perryton too. One of my best/favorite dining experiences in 2022. The first thing you notice when you arrive - is the exceptional level of... customer service / awareness exhibited by the staff. I visited on two different nights (Thursday, and Friday) - and on bothoccasions there was a lively vibe (even more so on Friday night). The food is VERY reasonably priced - and the quality isEXCEPTIONAL. Whoever is doing the hiring / training of staff - should get a bonus/raise/promotion. Your people are excellent - both front-line, as well as those who work behind the scenes in the kitchen. Haven't been to Texas Roadhouse in a long time. My wife and I went there for our anniversary dinner. Customer service was great... and our waitress was very attentive. We ordered the Cactus Blossom which was fried to perfection. My wife got the Country FriedChicken which came smothered in gravy. No complaints here! I ordered the 8oz NY Strip which was actually prepared at a propermedium doneness. Green beans and corn were excellent! We went on a Sunday and it was PACKED! The wait time was about 15-20 minutes, so not too bad. The waiter was very nice and... attentive with bringing us bread and drink refills. The food was delicious and cooked just as requested. I had beef tips andthey were very tender with caramelized onions and mushrooms. The sour cream dollop was on the side which was a nice touch so youcould add as much or little as you wanted. The rice was very well seasoned with fresh herbs mixed in. If I had to give anegative comment, it would be that the music that was playing for atmosphere was too loud, and we struggled to hear each otherat times. But again, it was very busy too so I get it. All in all, we very much enjoyed our meal and are looking forward tohaving a this establishment as a new restaurant in our town very soon. Read more

Ordered food for pick up after traveling all day, came to the pick up window to get my $18 sirloin salad. Requested shredded... cheese instead of blue cheese, and an extra ranch too. Literally was NOTHING on my salad, even the salad was starting to wilt.Went back up to the window to try to get my order fixed and was met with nothing but attitude, not an apology just took mycontainer straight to the back came back and told me that blue cheese comes on the salad not shredded cheese. I knew that butrequested that I had shredded cheese put on instead. Then said “well they didn’t put that down” so I asked if I was gonnabe able to get cheese or not and she reluctantly put a cup of cheese in my hand. Not good customer service at all. $18 forflavorless steak and a plain wilted salad, still no extra ranch, terrible customer service, I will not be back. We had the worse experience. We had a party of 12 they took an hour to sit us after I responded to the text "here" and when they... sat us it was literally in round booth and we were all crowded. I did approach the waitress and told her do you not haveanywhere else we can sit us look at us we have no room. She's like well no cant put a chair here because I would need to get toyou . I asked for a manager she told us to go wait at the host area and waited another 15 minutes to be seated again. Theyfinally gave us a more comfortable area. it was close to 10 by the time we got to sit and order. The food was poorly preparedand incomplete. We had bake potatoes that didn't come out until like 15 minutes later and literally we just had a piece ofsteak on our plate with no sides. when they brought the bake potatoes they were sloppy. Our drinks were never refilled and whenwe asked for a second they said it would be our last refill. I spent a good money for the poor service we got and the food thatwas not appealing at all. Very good, 2nd best TR we have been to, behind Lawton, OK. We had Joel as a server, and he was very good. We shared potato... skins, a 12oz rib-eye, a salad and corn. Everything was great, I highly recommend if you are in the area that you give them atry. Read more
