The food is good, but always always check your order before you leave! I've almost always had something missing. Very... frustrating when you order on doordash and can't ask the driver to go back and get what's missing. Doordash will kindly refundyour missing items, but this is not much consolation when you're missing a large item or one person's entire meal. Read more

Got an email that the cantina chicken tacos were back, our favorite! My husband and I headed down to our local Taco Bell.... Usually this location has the dining in open, nope! Lights off, drive thru light off?1:25pm?hmmmm. Looked in the window placecompletely dark. Went to our car to drive away. Guy comes out with a headset on. Starts turning on the lights in the dining roombut doesn?t turn on the drive thru light or unlock the dining room door. He just points to the drive thru. We get to the menuand don?t see the tacos on the menu. Can?t figure out if they even had them. He said they do but don?t usually get them ordered.Well maybe if you put them on your menu!!! Duh!! He said the breakfast menu was still up and had t been switched over?huh? Atalmost 1:30 in the afternoon, not even close to breakfast. Waited 10 minutes for the chicken to get cooked and when we got ourtaco they were overcooked. Usually this is our favorite Taco Bell, must have gone through another round of employees. Read more

Poor customer service. Bag was roughly handed to me and I still said thank you but wasn?t given a response back. Crunchwrap... Supreme was stale, Quesadilla was lukewarm and had some kind of sauce spilled on it. Read more

Went though drive thru and when we got to the window the person at the window said that the debit machine was not working. The... person at the window it was only her 3rd day, not her fault. There should have been someone helping her. So we ended up notgetting our food. Should have had a sign or something telling customers that the debit machine was not working. This particular location is terrible and I will never visit it again due to the horrible service and the manager, Tommy was his... name, not knowing what his job title entails him to. They got our order wrong and when we went in to get it corrected theyadmitted to getting it wrong by accident but refused, absolutely refused to fix it and all because we paid with our debitcard!?!? Then changed the story from that being the reason to its against their policies to correct our order that they messedup on. Then when we finally said "screw this" and was walking out my husband asked the manager what the location number was andthe manager didn't even know what his store number was. Only said Coulter. They were terrible employees and had an even worsemanager employed there. I will never visit this location ever again because of the terrible service we were given. Read more

Too many employees stumbling over each other, waiting on others, some moving slow and seemed a little confused. Might need a... little more training on the menu and operating the cash register. The lobby was dirty, we had to clean our table and seat. Acouple seats need repairs. Order was incomplete, partly wrong. The lobby had several employees waiting to start work and clockout, talking loudly about who was supposed to work where and complaining about job duties. Enough rambling . . . This wasn'tworth the price of admission lol. Read more
