We came here last week sometime and got some gordita crunches. I specifically asked for only meat cheese and sour cream. It was... made with everything on it, but they fixed it so that's fine. Well, on Saturday we went and got some food and it was just...disgusting. The fries tasted like they'd been sitting out all day and there was barely any meat in my taco. THEY ALSO CHARGED US3 TIMES. we only had 2 orders. And they didn't even give us receipts so we can't go back and get the refund for the charge thatwasn't ours. Never coming here again. Read more
In store experience Person in front of me got the nachos bel grande meal, I listened to the counter person read the order back... to confirm it. The kitchen had to keep remaking it, took three tries to get things correct. My crunchwrap meal was light oningredients, and luke-warm. Didn't help the worker put all my food on a tray that wasn't just wet but had several sizablepuddles of water on it AND a handful of sauce packets I never asked for (and wasn't asked if I wanted them). They couldn't evenfigure out I was owed a drink or what came with the combo meal. (I'm use to the TB's back in Washington, seeing them drying thetrays off then stacking them alternating vertically/horizontally so they could finish by air drying.) The entire time while Iwas there (dine in) the entire kitchen was loud, semi vulgar, definitely didn't sound like they were paying attention to whatthey were doing. Two gentlemen sent out to clean up a very messy table, I got to listen to their complaints about how much ofthe food the customers left and then proceeded to drop three relatively full large drinks into the trash (I wouldn't want to bepulling that trash bag out). 09/29/22 - Taco Bell has a Grilled Chicken Chipotle Burrito that is absolutely incredible! The flavor and texture - slightly... tangy, without being spicy hot, with a hint of crunchiness that makes your mouth swear it just scored a game-winning touchdown -make you want to do an end zone dance! (Just don't do it while driving...????) The Taco Bell on the southeast corner of 45thand Bell was staffed by a new employee who had just started working the window. Despite being visibly nervous, this young ladydid and outstanding job: polite and professional, she correctly followed script, managed an up-sale (not easy with me!), got myorder right and (with the help of the other team members) out in record time, and remembered to include both sauce and napkins.Really great job for anyone, but especially on someone's first evening rush hour on window duty. The food was hot, fresh, andcooked to perfection. The appearance of the inside was clean and well maintained. I was very pleased by the entire experienceand will be coming back. Anyone who is a Taco Bell enthusiast would know that this location isn?t that great, but way better than Washington. The food is... subpar and they changed their hours to close @10, knowing damn well most of their sales are after 8. They can definitely dobetter ????????. Read more
Ordered a number 8 that has the three locos tacos and a drink. I asked for black beans in it instead of meat and they gave me... just regular taco shells and barely anything in the shells. It wasnt busy when we went so that made it worse. Just shows theydidnt really care. Very disappointed Read more
OK first of all...how cute is it this taco bell is in the 'Bell' plaza????????? Secondly I just wanted to review because we... received really good service here. We did have a bit of a complicated order but it was completely correct. The lady at the drivethrough was very polite and nice, we asked if they could half the burrito for my husband and I to share???????...I know I knowbut it was his idea, but they did! Super nice. They seemed to be very short staff but honestly we couldn't tell, the line movedquickly and it took us all of 5 min to order and get to the window. Read more
The quality and quantity of food we received from this place is a joke! First time there and we will not be going back! I paid... for tacos and received taco shells most of my tacos had less than a table spoon of meat!!! Sad part is the manager took my orderand didn?t care to tell me that they didn?t have enough product to complete my order correctly I wouldn?t of cared if they werehonest but why make someone pay for something that is isn?t going to be made correctly!! My order was thrown out the window at me when I asked why they put a crunchy taco in the bag which I didn?t order. Was told it... was free for taking so long. I was skeptical so I pulled over and checked my order, when I noticed the burritos were tiny, I wascharged for the taco I didn?t ask for and I was charged for a donation to TB foundation that I was not asked about and did NOTapprove, I tried to go in to talk to the manager. The doors were locked and one of the guys flipped me the bird when I knockedon the door. The drive through had 7-8 cars in line so that was out of the question. I tried calling the store several timeswith no answer, until they took the phone off the hook instead of answering. I got home and weighed my tiny burritos, the 3 beanburritos weighed 2.2 -2.5 oz, the two chicken burritos were 3 oz each, and the chili cheese burritos weight 2 oz each.
