I won't even give them a star. My niece ordered delivery 10/11/22: Spicy Italian, provolone cheese, tomato's, pickles, mustard,... And a BLT. The Spicy Italian had a handful of every vegetable in the house, no cheese, no mustard. The BLT had Bacon, Onions andPeppers. That's it. The worst sandwiches ever. The roll was burned hard. The turkey made the entire sub taste sour and both my husband and I got sick after eating there and I would say it could of been... something else we ate that day but subway was the only thing we ate day before yesterday. Read more

Went in on 7/11. The guy cleaning front of store never spoke even when I did.There was 4 different people behind counter. One... was the manager. They had 3 bags of steak setting on counter, no meatballs, it was very chaotic. The manager seemed moreconcerned with the young girl working than getting my order out. Will never go back there. The lady who made my sandwich did an amazing job. Toppings were spread evenly and in right proportions and she wasted no time!

After waiting at least 20 mins because staffing is short ( which I totally get) my online ordered order was still not ready. The... employee informed me rudely that there was no ham. (I wanted ham). He did not suggest anything else or try and assist in anyway. He got snippy and said I could cancel the order. So I canceled the order and demanded my money be returned. After finallygetting it done, I took the receipt and asked to make sure all info about him and the store was on the receipt. As I walked awayhe used profanity toward me, directly, while multiple families were dining inside. This employee needs to be fired. Read more

We stopped by during our trip back home. Don't let outside appearances fool you. The store is kept quite clean, even though... it's off the main freeway exit and I'm sure they may experience quite a bit of foot traffic. I'm not sure how busy it getsregularly, but it was semi-busy when we arrived (basically a steady flow of customers, but not too many to cause long lines ordelays). The staff was very friendly, polite, and patient (we're traveling with little ones). Our orders were made to ourliking and the food tasted fresh. It's a nice break from greasy fast food when traveling. Read more

I ordered a BOGO footlong. One steak & cheese(for me), & one cold cut combo(for a friend). I took extra time to get there(so... they could be sure to have time to make it) and when I arrived, I was told that they didn't have the steak&cheese. I was oldthat they had tried to call, to which I said that I wish that they would have called me, because I would have canceled theorder. I just didn't really want anything else. I tried to find an easy way out, but I just want in the mood for anything else.Finally, I allowed the girl to call the manager, and I was told I could have the $3 back (the price that I paid minus the fullprice cost of the cold cut combo). I explained that that really wasn't fair, as the cold cut combo was an after thought, reallyjust a free sandwich for a friend. I was going to be left with $3 to find dinner for myself. It just didn't seem like that wasthe right answer. I think that they(well, her... The manager... The employee was really nice and trying to help) should havegiven me the cold cut combo for half price, since it wasn't my fault that they were out of their most expensive product.Finally, I decided to get the meatball sub for another friend. It was cheaper than the cold cut combo, so guess what... I gotthe footlong meatball, the footlong cold cut combo, and... The $3 that they had originally offered me, since they screwed uptheir food order. Let me put out another way... Hey, you tried to order or most expensive item(great for them, too raise theirticket average), and our cheapest sandwich(for free, as per their deal/again good for them, because I could have gotten anysandwich on the menu for free, including another steak and cheese, but instead I opt for the cheapest), but we are out of theexpensive item. Therefore, we are going to charge you full price for the cheap sandwich, that you really didn't even want, butgot to be nice to a friend.
