Never had such a disappointing subway experience, even when they gave me the completely wrong sandwich. Both sandwiches were... either wrong or very off. Also bring back the Italian herbs and cheese bread!!! Read more

The drive-through ordering kiosk was not working, so I pulled up to the window to order. The employee acted annoyed and wanted... me to tell him what was wrong with the kiosk and how many sandwiches I wanted. Then he said I should come inside so he wouldn?thave to write my order down. It was raining and 40 degrees, I have a toddler and baby to drag in but he wants to not be troubledto take our order from the window. Needless to say, we went across the street to eat. Doors were locked, could not go in. Only way to order was thru kiosk outside, no actual person. Prices were MUCH higher than if... you dine in., we ended up paying almost $20 for a regular footlong chips and drink. Once we placed the order at the drive thrukiosk, we sat at the drive thru pick up window for probably 5-7 minutes before anyone else acknowledged we were there. Food wasok, but meat did not go full length of bread. Overall quality and experience is not great. Read more

We have not been to Subway in some time as the last time we went it was awful. I am not impressed with the so called "New... Items." While some might be actually be new, others just seem to be the same thing just named differently or it is just anotherway to make the same sandwich. I am also not happy with the price of everything. Subway has gotten crazy expensive. Theydon't even offer that many vegetables or high quality items for some of the prices they charge. I will say however, the foodwe got this time tasted much better than it has in a while. All the people that got a sandwich said it tasted better than itdid, but they put less vegetables than normal. I got a protein bowl, and it was good, but I am not sure what the difference isbetween that and a salad with meat in it because it did not have a lot of meat or other vegetables. It was mainly lettuce. Soyes, it is better, but for the price and such it is still okay. Read more

I ordered online for a curbside pick up. When I arrived I was informed my order couldn't be made because of lack of supplies and... was offered alternatives, but I requested a refund due to picky eaters. The individual was quick to contact a manager and madesure I got a refund for my order. I will return due to great customer service. Read more

I visited this Subway last night around 8:45 pm. They were really busy at the drive up and in the lobby as well. I went into... the lobby. I had to wait a little longer than usual to order, because there were several people in front of me with multiplesandwiches. I was not in a hurry, so not a big deal. I have to give kudos to the young woman who was in charge. She madesandwiches for the drive up, lobby, and online customers, kept all the orders straight, all while answering questions from thethree or four people she had in training. She never lost patience with the indecisive customers or her employees. Then shegave me a discount because I had to wait despite my telling her it was no problem. She was a natural as manager, and anyemployer would be lucky to have her. (And no, I don't know her, but I wish I had caught her name). AND my sandwich was great! Read more

I have to give a star. The second time ever going here. I WILL NEVER BE BACK. Rude Rude customer service if I had not ordered... on line and paid for it I would have left.
