As an OTR driver I use Subway almost every day of the week. This is the 1st Subway in many years that I have run across that... absolutely refused to make make a sandwich the way I asked I asked. I requested a cold cut double meat sandwich And requestedthat she split the meat up on each side of the sandwich while it was open. She looked at me and said we don't do it that way weput the veggies on one side meet on the other.. I reminded her this was my sandwich sandwich and she repeated it again so Iwalked out. employees were very rude. When I said that I wanted to buy bread, she dismissed it by saying that we do not sell it because she... does not want to do work . (I always buy only bread from subway). they are totally uncomfortable with you going there. Read more
Came to counter to order. No one ahead of us. Had to wait for a counter attendant to take my order. As I was giving my order the... register person shouted and asked if I wanted a drink and chips. She was very rude as were the rest of the staff making oursandwiches. My wife orfered a drink and chips and after paying, found out they were not added to the order. They were out of a few items right at the start of lunch. That forced me to change my order. The staff were very nice despite... the items being out of stock and helped guide me to something new. They don't have all the same selection of cheeses you see atsome other Subway locations. Overall, it's decent but not the best Subway around. Read more
This location will show and a meal. The show consist of making the sandwich at slow pace and not providing the best customer... service. I was the second person in line but while handling the first customer which did not provide the best satisfaction wastalking about a delivery that popped, and supposed to be on the way to pick up, which was me. I tried to advised them that I'mhere but did not hear me but the customer in line waiting for her sandwich to finished prepped did here me and loved the commentthat I write reviews. However, I feel bad for the first customer that it took so long to prepped two sandwiches for her. I thinkI was there for 7-10 minutes and finally the first customer order was completed. if you are planning to stop here be preparedfor a dinner and show which the show is making your dinner so my tip is buy a snack at Loves Truck Stop for the appetizer.
