Ordered 3 items, cheese danish, Carmel brulée latte (hot), and a toasted white chocolate frappe. The barista was VERY nice! I... couldn?t do any less stars than 3 because of how polite she was even though she PLAYED me. This kind woman has the biggest pairof balls I?ve seen on a food industry worker in a long time. I was given a peppermint frappe instead and decided I would go backto have it corrected. She admitted it was her mistake and took it back. Turned around before walking away, and asked if I wantedto keep it but said it?s okay because I didn?t like it. They SCRAPED?..the whipped cream off, put new whipped cream and newtoppings, new lid and straw then returned it right back to me. The gangster part on her end was when she said ?go ahead and tryit to see if you like it?. I said aww, thank you! Drank it, realized it was the exact same and was so shocked and surprised thatI just replied ?it?s awesome, thank you so much?. (I don?t remember my exact response but somewhere along those lines.) she cameback really fast with the new drink, first sign. The exact same sticker is still on the cup with the same time stamp. I shouldhave kept the original returned drink so I could throw it away and it came back to bite me in the rear end. Because I ended upwith it any way. If the managers see this, don?t punish this woman. She got me good, and I just allowed it to happen. Maybe Icould get a discount next time I come in though? No more tricks though please, I?ll ask for a military discount on Thursday whenI return. Read more

this location made me start only visiting local coffee because the service is SO bad. I think in the last year my drink has... probably been correct 30% of the time. And when I ask them to fix something they act like they're too bothered to do somethingthat could've been avoided by reading the label. Read more

Got the worst Iced Matcha Latte I've ever recieved from Starbucks! I came to this Starbucks earlier Tuesday of this week and... recieved a very good Matcha Latte, today on Thursday I came through and recieved the worst quality drink Ive ever recieved! Thematcha powder was not fully incorporated into the milk and was clumpy. I believe this drink was made incorrectly. Otherwisegreat service. Read more

After moving here from Dallas I can see a distinct difference between locations in the attitudes of staff, the taste of the... drinks (training issues) and lack of ambiance that makes Starbucks famous. The thing most noticeable is lack of teamwork and novisible management. I never get the same tasting drink between 3 locations: 2 stores and a inside United Supermarket. Alldifferent. One location had no available restrooms. The indoor locations do not support the Starbucks App. Read more

Drinks are amazing! People are sweet. The only thing I have to say is, if your in a hurry... and there's a long line in drive... thru... stay in line It's faster than walking inside. Read more

Update* Since last visit we have gone twice and those two times they have been out of everything we want. Line was a bit long... for it being an early afternoon but it moved fairly quick. The barista was super nice when I couldn't find my gift card. Overalla good experience. We also tried some drink combos and the pink one is by far the best. Read more
