So normally I don?t have problems with this Starbucks but I went in today because the car line was long outside. I ordered my... drink around 8am. There was a lot of orders, people coming in and out for a while. My order was never called. About 8:30 I askedabout my order and the lady went and looked, she came back and told me they were working on it. So I waited patiently, I need mycaffeine yall! Literally waited until 8:50 and asked a new person about my order, he went and looked and came back and saidthere was no order under my name! ???? he had to re-order my drink and I still waited an additional 10 mins for my drink,overall 1hr 10mins!! Disappointed in the attitudes of the employees at this location. I shop at various Starbucks locations on a regular basis and... never have I been treated as rudely as yesterday. My daughter went into pick up a mobile order and noticed it was missing anitem, but the employees were so rude and inattentive she was uncomfortable asking for help. When I went inside to ask for themissing item and showed proof of the order, I was treated with a rude attitude and an eye roll. I guess it?s an inconveniencefor an employee of this store to do their job and be nice. Even though the products were good and at normal Starbucks quality Iwon?t use this location again. Read more

Had a wonderful experience here this morning! They were training someone on bar but despite being new she was still quick and... our drinks were delicious. It was very clean and everyone was friendly when they welcomed us in. Read more

The barista at the drive thru handed me a coffee and the lid wasn't on tight, so it spilled all over me. Mistakes happen,... right?! Not even an appology for handing me an open coffee and spilling it on my clothes. She tried to pretend it didn't evenhappen. I don't expect much, but an apology for a clear error is such a simple remedy. Instead, I'll be calling corporate nowand I'll let them sort out the complete lack of human decency. Read more

I don't normally do many bad reviews, but sadly this one deserves it. My drink was ready and sitting on the counter, and they... didn't hand it to me. It was watery and melted (iced drink). I literally had to stand at the counter to get it, if I hadn't goneup they wouldn't have given it to me. Every person who was in line after me got their drink first, and mine was sitting on thecounter waiting and ready while they received theirs. Not great customer service either. And no, I wasn't going to back to getanother drink and receive the exact same service. But that is what I get going to a Starbucks. Read more

I got beyond customer service this morning by Jayden! He was friendly and the fact he ask about my day and was talking to me... about it while he was working getting my food ready WOW! He just made so easy and was able to handle everything with a big smile???? Read more

The workers were incredibly nice, but for gawds sakes, there were only 3 of them for an incredibly busy store. Get these people... some help. I waited 30min for an online order. If you dont have the help then update the app to have accurate ready times.People take things out on the workers that are out of their control. And I could have been doing something else other thanwaiting, the entire point of online ordering. However Im contributing this to company failing both employees AND customers. Read more
