Everytime I come here it is slow. Today I ordered 2 Dr Pepper's. 10 minutes I sat at the stall. So I went in and got my drinks.... I also left a tip on my card. I am not happy. It seems that most Sonics in Texas have forgotten how to get drinks out in atimely manner. I don't remember where I was, but there a place that said, "Drinks in 5 minutes or your order is FREE!" Wow where do I start?? Well, a couple weeks ago when I went I ordered the green chile cheeseburger and I got a burger with CHILI... on it! Like the kind you put on a hot dog! Eww! Then our most recent visit was today, ordered a chicken slinger and gotsomething else that looked and smelled like it had been on the bottom of the fryer all day collecting who knows what. It wasnasty! They also didn?t include napkins, mint or salt. Called for a manager and a team leader came out, said they would remakethe sandwich. After waiting for over an hour we pushed the button and asked for our money back, waited another 10 minutes forthem to refund the money. Don?t think we will be going back! Read more
