After a few bad experiences with this Sonic, i decoded to give yall another chance. On Friday, September 30th at around 2... o'clock, I visited Grand St Sonic. Waited in line for about 15 minutes, the car ahead of me was waiting for their food to becooked. I got to the window and my order was ready instantly. I ordered a medium onion ring, chili cheese tots, and a route 44raspberry sweet tea. After driving away I opened the onion rings and ate one. Soggy, slimy, old. Pulled out one after the other.Disgusting. I threw them in the trash. Then I tried to wash it down with the tea. Even the tea tasted off. I threw that in thetrash. Dare I even try the tater tots? Worst fast food experience ever! Another time before they couldn't hear me on the drive up speaker, and said sorry can't hear... you. We'll be out for your order, lol! Took so long had to go through the drive thru! This time drive thru, young girl wasn'tlistening well! Took forever to get the order in, could barely hear her, talked to softly!! Didn't get my order for onion ringswhen I got to the window, thought I heard her say it during frustratingly long order process! Then took forever to get a fewcrummy onion rings, didn't taste very good, and small order very small!! Lots of cars were behind me! It was like they had toslice the onions, and batter them! It was wrong for it to take so long, and hold up the whole line! They could have asked me topull over so other customers can get there orders! They acted like little snobby, racist, rich kids that didn't need a job! Itooted the horn, asked Phillip if the onion rings were ready. He had them in his hand and said they are now! I told him we won'tbe back again! We had a few words! Asked about manager, he said he is, lol! Hard to believe, guess it's hard to find good helpthese days! Do Not Recommend, Everything was dried out and old, got onion rings, fried chicken, and fried chedder peppers. Everything was... warm not hot and dried out. Also asked for ranch and didn't get it. Read more

This place has gone down hill over the past few months. Not sure what is going on, but they need help. Not only is the waiting... ridiculous so is the food. It can't even be made correctly for a basic order. I will happily drive 8-10 miles to another Sonicbecause this one is definitely unable to deliver customer service or good food. You would think it would be fresh and hot ifyou are the only vehicle waiting. Not worth my time or money. Read more
