Got to the drive up at 5:00pm. Pushed red button. Waited so long it timed out. Pushed it again. Another 10 minutes go by before... they take the order. Finally after 45 minutes of waiting our food is brought out. Burger was checked to make sure it was madecorrectly (they always seem to mess something up) the meat patty was burnt, dried out, and clearly old. Also them having to goback inside to get change takes another 10 minutes. I guess they are hoping by having you wait for your change that you'll justleave. Read more
Ordered a number one cheeseburger with mustard mayonnaise no tomatoes Extra lettuce and extra onion they gave it to me with... tomatoes no sauce and no lettuce or onions. They made me a new one?I didn?t check it because I figured it would be correct thesecond time around, got it home and it was a double cheeseburger no sauce at all very little lettuce very little onions nopickles. I walked up to the door and watched them make my burger, everyone?s hands looked extremely dirty in there and they werewiping their hands all over their shirts touching their faces and making food?. they did not wash hands one time. Let me start off by saying that I love Sonic. However, this location is the worst! I placed a simple order today and waited... about 30+ minutes to receive my food. When I got home I was disgusted with what I received. My fries and tots were hard, brown,and cold and my burger was cold and soggy! This is not the first time I received food in this condition from this location. Ifthe manager/owner is reading this, please stop selling your customers bone-dry tots/fries!!! Just throw the old ones out forcrying out loud! How can food that took 30 minutes come back looking like it sat under a heat lamp all day?! Gross! Verydissapointed with this Sonic. Read more

Service could have been better. Went thru drive thru. Got in line (2 cars ahead of me) at 9:50 a.m. Did not get to place order... at speaker until 10:10 a.m. clerk was taking an order, then filling it before taking the next order. I saw customers leavingthe drive up because it was so slow. Read more
