The young man making my burritos was too busy watching other people than listen to what I was asking to be put on my burrito. I... asked for grilled onions and he put 2 on. I asked for a little more and he seemed to get upset and put 2 handfuls on. I askedfor a little lettuce, hi throws 2 handfuls of cheese on it!! When my wife tried to talk with the manager sitting at then of thecounter, he just ignored her! Do not go here. Horrible customer service. Read more

The food is good, and lots of it. The staff is clueless sometimes. That may be because they would rather stand around by the... register talking to each other rather than pay attention to what needs to be paid for rather than ringing up 6 meals on a 3person ticket. Once you correct them, you get questioned, "oh, they aren't with you?" Two things come to mind, 1) why wouldyou think they were, and 2) I just told you they weren't...(so again back to #1) Anyway, aside from some simple space cadetminds (most are fast, efficient, and friendly), you get a lot of food that tastes pretty darn good. Absolutely stellar nachos for a fantastic price. The service was fast and the staff were friendly. Plus they have an option to... add roasted jalapenos, which were just the perfect addition and you don't see very often. Read more

05/16/22 - Honestly, when I saw the prices for the burritos the first time, I was thinking Sharky's was a bit expensive. Boy,... was I wrong! When I picked up my order, the sheet weight of the food surprised me. Then, when I got home and tasted it, I waseven more surprised! The chips were delicious, the Roasted salsa was delightful, and the Big Steak Burrito was extremely good. Idefinitely got my money's worth, and will be eating from here again. Love the concept, but the flavor is a little bland, and very busy atmosphere. The dining area seems a bit dysfunctional. Paid... $45 for a big burrito, nachos, kids nachos, and kids burrito. Chips are somewhat stale. Employees are very helpful and polite.Love the spicy ranch! Read more
