The young man making my burritos was too busy watching other people than listen to what I was asking to be put on my burrito. I... asked for grilled onions and he put 2 on. I asked for a little more and he seemed to get upset and put 2 handfuls on. I askedfor a little lettuce, hi throws 2 handfuls of cheese on it!! When my wife tried to talk with the manager sitting at then of thecounter, he just ignored her! Do not go here. Horrible customer service. Read more

The food is good, and lots of it. The staff is clueless sometimes. That may be because they would rather stand around by the... register talking to each other rather than pay attention to what needs to be paid for rather than ringing up 6 meals on a 3person ticket. Once you correct them, you get questioned, "oh, they aren't with you?" Two things come to mind, 1) why wouldyou think they were, and 2) I just told you they weren't...(so again back to #1) Anyway, aside from some simple space cadetminds (most are fast, efficient, and friendly), you get a lot of food that tastes pretty darn good. If it does taste bad, it'sprobably your fault since the food is made with what you want in/on it. Read more
