I'd never ordered a fajita burrito. This time I did and was a bit disappointed. It was just chicken meat inside a tortilla.... Where's the cheese or veggies? I threw some salsa on it, downed it in less than 2 mins. It was small. It was a good bite sizesnack in my opinion. I'm a big girl so I would have needed like 4 more. Order was wrong, (as I didn't get my whole order) and the food was terrible. I called and spoke with the manager who told me... they didn't do specific things through the drive through because it takes to much time. When district manager called me sheoffered to replace my order and offered me more. Honestly, the food was so bad I don't even want to go back for the replacement.Extremely disappointed. Read more

It can be a little inconsistent but the food is usually on the higher end of pretty good. I am not sure I can recommend their... crispy tacos, but anything on a soft tortilla is going to be tasty. The taco salad bowls are also surprisingly good. For thosefrom the south central region of Texas that have never been here, I'd compare it to Taco Cabana chain, though I think TacoCabana may still be better overall. Read more

We have eaten at other Rosa?s Cafes across Texas but hadn?t done a review yet. If you?ve never been to one, you need to know... they have freshly made tortillas and a salsa bar. Rosa?s Cafe is definitely one of our go-to?s if we see one and are needing aquick meal. Service is generally very fast. This time, I got a deluxe combo plate that had a taco, tostada, enchilada, andtamale with rice and beans. Mrs. Flip Out ordered the fiesta salad with fajita chicken, and it?s also a fairly easy menu to findseveral options if you have dietary preferences or restrictions.
