I don't recommend this restaurant it has gone down hill , the waitress disappeared she never came back to the table to bring... things we needed for our food she was rude and had a fake smile her attitude was poor she kept pushing for us to order dessertwhen she never brought my drink and other things we asked for. the food was bad too the flounder was mush over cooked 1stmanager he went to look for our waitresses he never came back . 2nd managed came took care of our meal then never came backas well. they might as well close this place down there are way better places to eat seafood . We had a great meal. Way better than I expected. Red lobster is picking up on the quality of food. We also had one of the best... servers we've had in a while and he was super busy and we had no clue till he was explaining it as we were paying out. Keep upthe good work red lobster! Read more

Server was way below par. Left bill shortly after serving food and brought to go boxes before we were halfway through. Also... seemed irritated that we only wanted water to drink. I was a Server for years and would have been fired for these mistakes.Reminded me of Server on Hell and High Water. Food was great except for 1st basket of biscuits which were obviously old, coldand hard. Read more

I don't know if it's this particular location's policy or if it was the whim of my particular waitress, but I figured I'd warn... people if they, like I did, come here for the "endless shrimp" promotion. The menu states that you can order 2 shrimp plates.Finish those and one would expect you then order 2 more shrimp plates. But when it came time for me to order my additionalshrimp plates, my waitress informed me that she would only be putting in one order/plate at a time. This is really deceptive andI'd rather not spend any more money here again. Read more

This experience doesn't even deserve 1 star. From the moment we sat down at our table and waited over 10 minutes to even get a... server to greet us was when I should have left but didn't. We finally get someone to come to the booth and we receive the worstservice because we were his last table and doing everything else was more important than us his table. We had to listen tosomeones non service dog bark while we waited extra long for our food. My husband opened up the silverware and the knife was allrusty the dish machine most be broken because the plates had dried up food still on them. The manager felt like taking care ofthe appetizers made everything better, but it did not considering my steak tasted like the lowest grade beef you can buy. This Was the worst dining experience in the history of me going to Darden restaurants. To start we walk in and wait... approximately 10 minutes at the table before we were even greeted. Once server came he took drink orders which we orderedfrom the bar . These drinks took at least 15 minutes to get just our drinks. The entire time we waited we had to listen to aDog ( non service animal) bark and whine until we informed the manager it was disruptive to our meal. She removed dog thatshould have Never been allowed to enter the food establishment to begin with. Once we finally received drinks they were half melted and watered down. Ordered waters and took 15 minutes to even get a refill on those. After this they brought usappetizer plates a d silverware I unwrapped the silverware i found a knife that looked like i needed a tetanus shot toeat with. It was covered in litterly rust the appetizer plates were dirty looking like they hadnt been washed at all. Werequested a manager. Spoke with Kennedy manager on duty. She offered to pay for our appetizer a nd got us new paltes andsilverware. Discounting the fact that it was nasty and the server was not present at all thusfar she assured us this was notgoing to keep happening. However the bad service continued no drink refills lack of care or concern to us at all as well asseveral other tables in the general area of where we were sitting. Once we ordered dinner it took seemed like forever toreceive food when we did my wife's steak that was ordered medium was entirely over cooked to at least well done. Theshrimp were cooked to order and ok . This experience did not get better with informing the manager Kennedy. the server becamemore distant cleaning and doing things so he could go home like we were invisible . The manager did not seem concerned aboutour experience either considering. She never corrected the situation other than removing the dog from the restaurant. I Read more

After a long roadtrip my son had a craving for snow crab. Our first stop back in Texas brought us right across the street from... this Red Lobster. We had a great time and the food was great. Our server Nick was awesome. The entire staff was friendly andhelpful. Thank you for a great evening!! Read more
