Although I was given a coupon for a free large pizza, my order was over 25 minutes past the maximum time given online. So when I... called about it, within 10 minutes, my order was out for delivery. It arrived like it had been cooked way back when I placed myorder. Not fresh and barely warm at all. The reason I was given during my call was they only had 1 delivery driver. The employees at the Gem Lake Road Pizza Hut Express are always helpful and professional and our order is always delicious. I... arrived to pick up my order curbside well in advance of when it was expected to be ready. An employee made a special trip outto give me my receipt and let me know that he was aware that I had already arrived and to let me know that my order would be outjust as soon as it came out of the oven. He didn't HAVE to make that special trip, but he did and it was awfully nice of him todo so. Wish I had caught his name so that I could compliment him in this review. Read more
