This is one of the dirtiest pilot I have visited. Their parking is full of trash. Subway is located next to the restrooms. 3... stars because their staffs are friendly but their hygiene is off the mark. If you are sensitive to cleanliness then this is notyour place to visit. Read more
Absolutely terrible, try the flying j maybe you?ll have better luck there. -the fuel card never works here -the showers are... assigned for less than 2 minutes (supposed to be 10 minutes) so you better run to your shower otherwise it?s canceled and youneed to pay for another one and wait in line AGAIN. Pilot was a 5 star. They were clean and friendly, but I have to give them a one because they allow Mcdonald to be apart of the... experience. The employees were so rude. One employee even walked away in the middle of my order and started putting up cups. I will never stop here again. Read more

The pace was pretty quiet for a Wednesday morning. This was our first time stopping here. The pumps and surrounding area were... clean. The store was clean and carried the standard stuff. The washrooms were just cleaned when we stopped, so no issues there I noticed a lot more green space surrounding this Pilot, which the dog enjoyed.
