We LOVE it here!!! The staff and atmosphere here is truly incredible. Not being from Amarillo and having only tried this place... once we immediately fell in love! ?? I got a vanilla cold brew which was very rich and creamy! My sweet puppy ofcourse got thepup cup and It didn?t last a minute. Mrs. Flip Out continues her coffee quest as follows: On our way through Amarillo, Palace Coffee Company came up on the list and... so we made our way through the old downtown area. It was an awesome stop and is now on my all-time favorites list! Theatmosphere was perfect for studying, working, or meeting up with friends. The menu had very specifically crafted drinks and itwas difficult to choose one. I got the Honey Badger and loved it. Not too sweet and flavorful, it was just right. The Dr. Brewand the Aztec Mocha sounded amazing as well. Anyone can tell much thought has gone into all the details that make a good coffeeshop a great one. Read more
Whenever we road trip, I look up local cafés in each town we overnight in, and pick one at random (if there?s more than one... ????). I?m so glad I picked Palace in Amarillo! I can?t speak to their coffee roasts, because my go-to drink is an almond milklatte (which was 10/10 ??), but the place smelled amazing, and that says a lot for me, because I can?t stand the smell ofStarbucks coffee. Other than the fact that they?re easily accessible because they?re seemingly EVERYWHERE, Starbucks? popularitybaffles me, especially when there are places like Palace around. Super friendly service and no one scoffed at me when I asked for decaf at 7 am! Local roaster with great options whether you are... a connoisseur or just looking for a quick cup of Joe. My decaf pour over was so delicious I got some beans to go home. Read more
Amazing staff and atmosphere..Mallory was so personable..i felt like a regular even though it was my first time. They make thier... own syrups in house and have seasonal available as well. I was highly impressed with the whole experience. Definitely highlyrecommend. -MD Read more
It is wonderful to find a place that operates in a way that aligns with your principles. Be kind. Encourage community... relationships. But to find such a place that has great coffee and pastries is even better. If we were local we would have to tryall locations and it would likely be our favorite hangout. Read more
