My order was messed up so I sent a email and the manager Faith called me back later that evening and when we spoke she... apologized for the mishap and told me to just go back and tell them to replace my meal and if there were any questions to havethem call her(messed my order up 3 weeks ago,and even after 3 weeks passed by still couldn'tget it right!)...so this morning Igo back I'm told to pull up to the window some older lady said I'm the manager and I told her what Faith told me and she was sorude and said pull to the next window their's a manager there so pointless to explain 3 times that my meal needed to bereplaced, the 2nd manager a young blonde woman says yeah ok what did you have I tell her and she asks my drink and now to pullup to the 3rd window, 5 cars pass me and a person walks in gets food and leaves, I'm about to drive off and a young girl saysyes what did you have I tell her and she passes me a bag and quickly goes outside to deliver a app order....didn't give me myorange juice and once again the order is wrong again....smh I will not go back to this McDonald's again! This McDonald's location has a to-go worker that thinks that it's funny to play around with the DoorDash drivers. I was okay... when the order was not ready. Not even started yet. This on a low paying order. But then when he went to package it up he tookextremely long slow playing it. Even putting the stickers on went so slow. I thought he may be high. But then when he went tohand me the bag that he had already told me was to order I was waiting on, he wanted me to pull my phone back out and read theorder number again. Their service is terrible and gave us a raw burger after waiting for 20 minutes.
It was very bad the young man there with the glasses and long ponytail was on his phone and then the young Lil young man with... the glasses at the window he was cool we asked for fresh nuggets and fries we got French fries not fresh nuggets so they WillYoung men at the window said he will give us fresh nuggets for me to go down to the next window we'll sit there for about 10minutes and I backed up to the window and asked them did it take that long for the nuggets and he looked at those boys in theback I guess they was playing and he said they just dropped them and then they gave us a bag of nuggets fresh nuggets I guess itwas somebody else what about the game to us but I have never had that kind of experience that I 40 And Western McDonald's beforeI just wanna let you know Read more
So I ordered a McChicken a big Mac a fillet and two boy happy meals with extra fries both of them and they got our order wrong... first of all they didn?t give me my orange juice for one of the happy meals secondly they didn?t insert the drinks correctly inthe cup holder and one of those drinks spilled all over me as she was handing it over. one of our happy meals didn?t even comewith a toy the other happy meal didn?t come with fries and I wasn?t even offered my receipt. Having an app to order food should make it easier and quicker...is that not the point??? Anyhoo...used the app and still had to... go through the drive up line... due to the lobby was closed already...this did not make my trip any faster at all!!! There is about 16 cars in this drive thru. It is like this all the time because their lobby is never open. Make lobbies open... later or something, this is stupid. There's no point in ordering on the app if I have to wait 20 minutes for McDonald's. Read more
