Negative stars if I could, worst mcdonalds we've ever been to. The girl working the front counter didn't even want to be there,... just miserable. Constantly getting orders wrong and ignoring customers. After telling her we were missing an item she touchedour food/searched the bag, without washing her hands after touching whatever before hand. Absolutely disgusting. Do yourself afavor and eat else where. Read more
This has to be the worst McDonald's in Amarillo if not the state of Texas. Went there yesterday and went through the drive up. ... Ordered a cheese burger fries and coke. There was one person in the drive up in front of me and we were both asked to pull upalong with the vehicle behind me. Sat there for literally 10 minutes before the food was brought outand they brought all threeorders at the same time. I guess the person in front of me had to wait for my food to get done in return i had to wait for theperson behind me. This isn't the first time and I'm not sure why i ever go back except for the convenience. Wasn't thinkingabout the Wendy's right across the street but you can bet i will next time. We stopped here for a quick dinner, being that we were headed to unload. They actually got my husband's burger right as well as... my chicken sandwich, but why are their fry's always so under cooked? They were a bit cold not cooked all the way thru, it waslike we were eating raw fries. The customer service was horrible. They have no people skills what so ever. It's really ashamewhen you walk into a place of business and get completely ignored. We won't be stopping here again. Read more
DO NOT GO!!! Stood at register. and was ignored about 5 minutes. Started to give my order and asked to add lettuce to a kid... burger and the lady just walked away and started putting up cups. Finally another lady came over and finally finished myoder.l. Literally we watched about 6 people order after us and get their food. Read more
Giving this place a 1 star because you can?t give 0 stars? we usually come to this McDonald?s because there?s never a line and... food is usually fresh. For some reason today things were different. Waited at the speaker for about 6 min before anyone said asingle word and then after we ordered food we waited in line for LITERALLY an hour! We could?ve just left but we were hungry and1 AM nothing else is opened. Finally we got our food after waiting an hour and all of our food tastes like it?s been sittingthere and cold fries is what we received. If we waited an hour to get cold food idk what we were even waiting on not like theywere waiting on fresh food because nothing about it was fresh. BAD EXPERIENCE.... ordered a 40 pack of chicken and they gave me a 4 pack. I checked my food before I moved out of line and... caught it. After sitting at the drive up window trying to get someone attention , I finally hooked and still got ignored. Had you just repeated my order back the first time it wouldn't have been an issue. They never even gave me a total amountbeing charged or offered to credit the first amount back. Read more
1st I was ordering a large mocha frap. The lady taking my order obviously not understanding English very well said "what... flavor?" I told her mocha again, that I wanted a large. She goes to a coworker and he asked me what I wanted, and I told himthe same. Then they ring me up and I'm waiting. The lady that was originally taking my order was wandering around like she waslost or didn't know how to operate the machine. Then another coworker comes over and says "our frap machine needs washing, it'll take about a half hour." I told them no, I don't have that much time. I have to get back to work. So they had to put themoney back on my credit card. And they looked like they were upset with me for not ordering something else. I should be theone upset that they didn't know it needed cleaning before ringing my order up! Read more
