Worst customer service & worst burnt & hard pizza ever, think the bird in front yard brokers it peek on crust . Wouldn?t answer... phone to take orders . Drive up only had 2 cars . Don't think I do online order anymore. If I could give this place less than one star I completely would do it. The gentleman who is a younger man and a scruffy beard... is absolutely horrible at customer service. There is no way it takes 40 minutes to make one pizza. Absolutely ridiculous! Read more
It's handy to have right down the street for a busy day. Pizza has mostly been fresh. Could before polite with the cheese on... pizza. However, it's good food. I do wish the staff was more welcoming friendly. Read more
They like to serve old pizza, and the guy they have as a shift leader has the worst customer service?
DO NOT PLACE ONLINE ORDERS! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered... online for pick up, showed up and they didn?t have my order in the system. Fine. I left and came back with my email receipt. Andshowed them. Nothing. They said they couldn?t prove I?d paid unless it was in their system DESPITE the fact that I had areceipt. Went up there a third time and they would not even make our order with confirmation receipt showing my credit card andshowing where the money has been taken from my bank account. Apparently this is their terms but we cannot find that in theirterms anywhere online. Absolutely ridiculous, what business denies a customer with a receipt?! They told us the only way todispute was to call corporate and try to get our money back which we can?t do until the next day. Don?t go to the store onGeorgia, Paula, the manager has no concept of customer service. Read more
