Tried to call no answer!! So drive up there long line starts getting close to 930 close time 10 figured they would be fast you... know "HOT AND READY" saw alot of crew members just staring out the front door not doing anything obviously stalling til close sothey don't have to work smh... This is exactly what?s wrong with customer service and why these franchises have to quit allowing teenagers and twenty... something?s to ?run things.? First of all the website says they close at 11pm. Second of it was 9:45pm when my husband went tothe door and it was locked, we saw the sign said OPEN drive thru only so he got back in the car and we waited in the drivethru?they HID in the backpull a when my husband finally banged on the window just to tell them it was ridiculous what they weredoing he tried to call US the liars when we told him they saw us and hid. I just wanted someone to know we aren?t even from herebut I?m sure the owner of the store would LOVE to know they?re locking up early, won?t take orders when technically they?re atthe very least ?OPEN? until 10pm even though the website says 11pm. Worst location I?ve ever been. They never have your food ready. Made me wait for 20 minutes. It?s the 2nd time I got a pepperoni... stuffed crust and the burned the crust, the center of the pizza didn?t have pepperonis, and the people who works there was justlaughing and taking for ever to finish the order? not taking serious anything. Ordered a hula Hawaiian and only half the pizza had ham and pineapple while the other half was cheese. Some of the pizza didn't... even have the toppings on it at all. We also got some crazy bread and they weren't cooked all the way. Plus we didn't get anysauce that we were supposed to get. Normally this location is good but this is not acceptable. Just went in to Little Caesars off of 34th & Ross and got a pepperoni stuff crust pizza and this is what they gave me. All the... center of the pizza was burned with no sauce, toppings, nothing. I?m not going to waste more gas going all the way back tocomplain. I?ll just eat the crust and not go back. It?s my fault too, should have inspected my order before leaving. Read more

My extra most bestest pizzas were both different! One was made fresh and the other one is old. Nasty, thin, and surprisingly... burnt. I already came home for the night and don't want to go back out.
