This is what $10 bucks get you at KFC on Ross St in Amarillo, Texas. Incorrect order, half-breaded chicken, mutilated biscuit,... and wrong sides. This is prison quality food. Gabby was amazing...my order was messed up (my fault not KFC) and quickly and ever so sweet she replaced my error!

Did ok they were in hurry got order wrong but did fix it for me still better than Popeyes.... hahahaja lot better
Food was fine, dining area clean. Staff was low functioning. No courtesy, just the minimum to process the order and move on.
Disgusting, watery soapy gravy, sick vomiting and glad my elderly mother didn't eat any. Usually good but we'll never go back... for a long time. I picked up food for the family. They were not pleased. They said the mashed potatoes and chicken strip recipes had changed... from before. The potatoes almost tasted burnt. The regular bone in chicken was okay but laking actual meat on the bone. The Biscuits were down right disgusting and tasted of a big clump of FLOUR only. Not like an actual biscuit should taste andespecially not like a KFC biscuit. To top everything off they wanted to try the Beyond Chicken nuggets which I ordered andpaid for. They did not give them to me and I cannot get in touch with the store they will not pick up and answer. I don'tknow if it is just the local KFC that is just not right anymore or all over but it is too much money to spend on something thatis not so good. Read more
Probably the most ghetto KFC location in Amarillo. They always ask me to pull forward, they constantly give me the wrong order,... and the fat Mexican girls who work here always have an attitude. If you don't want your day ruined, avoid this location. Read more
