Four pieces was actually about 21/2 pieces. Flavor was really good but what I ended up with was had very little meat on the... bone. 1 thigh, 1 small drumsticks , 1 non eatable wing and an another extremely thigh. The fact that it was 5:30ish there should have been fresh chicken and biscuits. However the chicken was dry and cold plus the... biscuits were cold and starting to harden. Disappointed because I never get fried chicken. KFC use to be my favorite but I thinkI will go somewhere else next time. I have to go out of my way to get KFC, unfortunately the fact that it's cold and not freshmakes it not worth going out of my way. What a shame, KFC use to be the best. Read more

The line was so slow in the drive through my wife went in to see if she could get food faster. She got back with food before I... made it to the drive through speaker, and she said it was very poorly ran on the inside. She said the cooks were bored, andthere was no one at the front counter for a minute. Then the manager came from the back and helped out seeing the chaos. After Ipulled out of the drive through line and to the front I saw the lobby had filled up with other people not wanting to wait inline. The line went all the way to the door within a couple minutes. Lady at drive thru cut communication early and missed half my order. And she didn't give me the cookies that were part of the... 12 PC or larger combo. Very disappointed in the customer service interaction, probably won't return again as it's very expensiveand very far out of my way to be missing half of my order. And they didn't give us any utensils. The star is only because thesweet tea was good. Otherwise my order was mostly half cared for. And I found hair in my friend chicken more than once. Read more
