Rip off for standard or less than standard service. Two employees looked at me multiple times. One walked slowly by, and said... nothing! Another stood before me, saying nothing for a good amount of time. Finally, after ordering... I received utterdisappointment! Overpriced, isn't the right word. Edit for reply! My complaint is not for a poor job done though, this is wereyou focused your concern. It's because you charge an obscene fee. The sandwich, if you want to call it that, was made to yourspecs.... the price however was outrageous and that dear friend is your fault! Anybody that's been to any sandwich shop inPennsylvania will say the same, either to themselves or to your face! What's with the hate? Moved to Amarillo in March 2021. I have probably ordered from this location a dozen times. I have always... had good food. But I never substitute or cut anything either. I have never dined in. But drive thru employees have always beennice and delivery fast! Read more

Called ahead to order two giant sandwiches. After waiting 20 minutes at the window, and multiple employees coming to ask my my... name and order several more times, I finally received two of the wrong sandwiches and the wrong sizes. When I asked for them tocorrect the order, I was told they cannot do that because they are different prices. When I asked for them to refund me andcharge me and provide the correct sandwiches I was told no, they physically threw up their hands, and closed the drive thruwindow on me and walked away.
