The food is good but the staff is either overwhelmed or just not friendly. I tried the Ceasar wrap today and it was bad. No... sugarcoating it. It was bad. Way too salty and I've never had a wrap with croutons. Tortillas tasted like paste. I don't thinkthis was the staff's fault, it just wasn't good. I work less than a mile away. The past couple times I ordered delivery it has taken over 30 minutes to get to me. The last 2... times the sandwich was missing something. I quit ordering for awhile. Decided to try it again today and I am now still waitingon a plain slim I ordered 40 minutes ago. For a company that's main thing is "freaky fast" delivery this is unacceptable. Ithink I am done with this place for good. At an hour I called to check. I was asked to hold then they set the phone down and Icould still hear them. They answered other calls in that time so I hung up and called back. Was told to hold again but I saidno. Lady had no idea what my order was but told me it would be here soon. I asked her how she knew that when she didn't evenknow who I was or what my order was. She then asked for my info. I asked her to cancel my order and she said she didn't know howthen she told me thier busy and short handed then set the phone back down. I am extremely disappointed. I waited about 10minutes and no one cam back to talk to me. I called again and asked for a manager. She told me they were busy and then hung upon me. The most unprofessional "manager" I've ever dealt with. I am never ordering from any Jimmy John location again. I don'twant a automated response either. Read more
My office is downtown so I walk to this location about once a week. I enjoy the sandwiches, but my complaint is about your... delivery driver who drives the black Ford Fusion. On at least 3 occasions, I have seen this car run red lights in downtown andon one occasion almost clipped me as I was crossing an intersection (I had the right of way). I understand ?freaky fast?delivery, but geez, this driver needs to chill out. Read more
I ordered delivery tonight and couldn't even eat the food. Bread was hard, bacon was uncooked, no cheese (which I paid extra... for) with mediocre vegetables & a flat Sprite. We will not be be eating here again. Read more
First time at this location, Right across from the entrance of Amarillo Sod Poodles HodgeTown, Clean, friendly, good food.
