I've had a few good experiences and a few bad so I'll give it a 2. Today I really wanted to eat at IHOP but I stood at the front... not being acknowledged for 5 minutes then a couple walked in and the hostess said they'd be with them. Last I checked, I wasn'tinvisible. I ordered door dash from there a while back and it was supposed to be a for 4 people. The I didn't get the drinksthat I ordered NOR did they send me any syrup. There was barely any eggs and what was there was cold. They also don't allowinstructions in their system to request things like butter, syrup, creamer, etc. I wouldn't order IHOP through doordash if Iwere you. Read more
I don't know why we even bother to go to IHOP anymore. They never acknowledge you when you get there, not even to say it will be... a wait or anything. Something like 14 people left in the 20 min we waited. Only reason we finally got a table is because a ladyfrom one group went and got someone to come finally acknowledge us, and then they ultimately left when when they noticed themmessing up orders left and right. That should have been a sign for us to leave as well. The waitress did try to give us extraattention. We ended up waiting another 45-50min for our food and what was brought to me was no where close to what I ordered,but by that point, I did not want to wait any longer. I had ordered a smokehouse combo with German style of crepes (lemon andpowdered sugar). What I was brought was the sampler breakfast and strawberry-sugary frosting-type syrup crepes. I got them tobring me the correct crepes, but I was starving too much by that point to even fight the rest. And to boot, the food wasn't evenvery warm. When we finally got the receipt, it was confirmed the waitress did not input a single thing I ordered, so it wasobvious she completely forgot by the time she got to the machine to input it and instead of coming back to ask and/or even writeit down, she just inputted the closest thing she could remember. This has been happening for years, even before the pandemic, atthis location and never seems to get better, just worse. We figured they may have improved since the pandemic and in the last 3years since we last ate at this IHOP. Boy was I wrong. Read more

This is the second time ordering from here through GrubHub. NEVER AGAIN!!! We didn?t didn?t even get all our food. The first... picture was suppose to come with pancakes and didn?t get them. Gave the condiments for it. Seriously!! The second picture wassuppose to come with union rings, not unions. It was suppose to be crispy chicken sandwich. Didn?t give fries but small cookedpotato?s. This is ridicules!!!! I used to work at IHOP and this wouldn?t fly. I get it?s Sunday. Been there and understand.Doesn?t excuse not double check the food. I will not be ordering or going back to this one specifically. I get completely beingbusy but at least answer the phone!!! I have been sitting on the phone to call and let them know what happened. No one hasbothered to answer for almost 15 minutes!!! At least answer and ask to hold and let them know your busy. Like, come on!! That?snot how you keep customers. I?m VERY disappointed. Read more
Steak omelette was good. Needed more steak. Steak and eggs were good. Plenty of food and fresh cooked eggs. Panckes a little... rubbery. Steak tips on the steak tips and eggs were super chewy and raw and had to send them back have them correct it. Theywere better the second time around. Read more
An empty table. If you come here get used to the sight. It took 45 min to be seated and another 45 min to get food. After we... ate it had been almost 3 hours. The staff was nice enough but for $90 and nearly 3 hours of time I could have taken my kids tomultiple places and gotten food. The food was pretty good. But not a good overall experience. Read more
This was the worst food ever my husband omelet came out cold sent it back ???? and well they threw it back on the grill and then... called us lier when we we told them we watched them put it on the grill and my daughter's chicken strip dinner came out cold andhard as a rock the pictures im posting is of my husband and you can tell it was reheated. I came through town with my family and stopped for breakfast. They were very busy and everyone was hustling around. We were... waiting with several other people to be seated and everyone that passed by acknowledged us. I noticed the team work and thatfood wasn?t sitting on the hot plate very long. Our server was Sadie. She was very attentive and proved to be great at her job.She was quick and efficient. This was definitely a great visit and I would return any day.
