Wow! Wow! Wow! Wow! If you are looking for an authentic Western meal you need to eat here! The brisket melts in your mouth! it... was delicious! They stack your plate with so much food the meal came with sides to include coleslaw potato salad and Texastoast. They serve you a whole bowl of beans and a big bowl of sauce. They even have a apricot dipping sauce for you to try whichwas outstanding. The kiddos can eat a meal at a reasonable price and it was plenty enough for two kids but we just had one. Ifyou need to be further convinced this is a mom and pop place and you just need to give it a chance it's that good. Read more

We stopped at Dyers on our way from CA to TN per a friend?s recommendation since it?s close to the hotel we stayed at in... Amarillo. The bbq brisket was sooooo yummy and it came with ALL the trimmings, not a choice of one or two and the price is soreasonable! So, on our way back we made sure to stop there again and this time we ordered to go- brisket and chopped beef andthey were just as delicious! Potato salad tasted fresh, onion rings crispy and cole slaw tasted just right, not full of sugar ormayo! Wish they had Dyers in TN where I live or in CA where my friend lives! We paid less than $30 for great food that would?vecost us over $50 elsewhere! Read more
Came here with high hopes because of all there rewards on their walls.. but I was not impressed at all. The vibes in the... restaurant were good and the service was alright. The waitress did happen to spill water on me, not a big deal just sort ofinconvenient. I ordered the combination plate with 1 Brisket 1 Rib and some pulled pork. All I have to say was it was all dry..very dry. Wasn't impressed at all. The onion rings were the best things on the plate. It all had great flavors but really dry.Not sure if we caught them at a bad time or what. Overall I'd say it was just okay. Maybe I'll be back to try it again to givethem another chance. Read more
If you don't mind your waitress chewing her food/smacking a big peice of meat, looked like Chicken you can see and hear in her... mouth while she takes your order then this is your place. Not once but twice our waitress was chewing on her food while tendingour table! The beans you order for your sides, with 3 orders of beans come in one small bowl and was told the table shares it,and they taste awful, extremely salty! The Texas toast was awful because it was cold, no butter or seasoning! The ribs weredecent but a small amount for over $17... Onion rings were ok. Our waitress was nice but slow service and she was eating/chewing her food with a little bit of a grease mouth.. eww! We are from California and use to restaurants having good food andgood customer service and they follow food safety guidelines. All 3 of us were sick with diarrhea and nausea about 5 hourslater.. Stomach turning. We think it was the bbq sauce they put in the bottle., how do tose little bottles get sanitized afereach customer?If you look at the picture, that little bowl of beans counts as 3 sides of beans, and that bottle for the BBQ isnot looking food safe. Something turned our stomachs. Waitress was nice and meant well but needs customer service training andto take a food safety corse. Long wait times... Don't show up hungry...
