I love the rewards app, the people working here are as sweet as their coffee, and the drinks are delicious! I was heavily... addicted to the Cookie Dough Cold Brew during the summer. Also, if you haven't used the "White Zombie" in any of your drinks,you're missing out. But I don't love the wait. Once, I've waited 30 minutes JUST to order and was late to work because ofit. I used to be one of the biggest Dutch Bros. Fans in Amarillo. But the abysmal wait times has made that no more. I can accept a... long wait when there are 10+ cars in front of me not when there are 2 to 3 cars having to wait 10-15 mins a piece. I waited 2months to write this review. I assumed maybe it was growing pains or new employees, but I now know that it is a failure of themanagement. Many great businesses with lines to the street have come and gone in Amarillo. I'm afraid Dutch Bros Will be one ofthe next. Read more

I love Dutch Bros so much but unfortunately didn?t have the best experience today. They were super sweet, fast and everyone... else?s drinks were amazing but my drink had a weird taste to it, almost grassy. Needless to say when you get a new drink that?snot something you wanna taste. I?ll definitely it another chance tho! Read more
Nice place. Nice people. They've already learned my order & recognize my vehicle after only a few visits. They've really done... well with their customer service. Can't forget about the drinks though. Honestly, I can only comment on the Golden Eagle drink.It's amazing & why I keep coming back (aside from the "broistas"). Try it out if you're close. Read more
Love the staff that work here! I'm always greeted with friendliness when the nice employee comes up to take my order. (It's... similar to chick-fil-a's ordering system) However each time I have went, the coffee has always been climbing up in price.Inflation is an issue but I spent $6 on a medium latte that had one flavor in it, when I got this last time for only around $4.Flavor is okay! I definitely think they rock out on iced coffees. I would say good place to come to if your looking forsomething cheaper than Starbucks, but they now seem to be about the same price. Read more
